Short YouTube video by Donald Burns offering leadership advice: the core problem is a belief that you must handle everything yourself, which isolates leaders. Burns urges leaders to empower others, delegate, and reconnect with core values; he invites viewers to DM him the word 'go' for help.
The real problem isn't your team, isn't your family or your guest. It's the belief that if you don't handle everything yourself, it's all going to fall apart. That belief is your prison. And it's not making you a stronger leader, making you a lonely one. Here's the thing. Leadership isn't about doing everything. It's about empowering others and also reconnecting to what matters the most. Now, I'm the one person who can help you break out of the cycle. DM me the word go.
