Yeah.
One exercise we do in the TRC method is, you know, we always talk about marketing. We talk about your ideal guest. Like, who is my ideal guest? Who is the ideal person I want to market to for my restaurant? Well, you should also have an ideal team member because I'll tell you what, your vibe attracts your tribe and what you want, what you kind of put out there in the universe, you will attract to yourself.
With taking care of yourself, taking care of your body, having the energy coming up your restaurant with the energy. And people have to match your energy. And I tell my clients all the time, only hire people that you are going to love to work with.
If you don't think you're going to.
Be able to work with this person, do not hire them.
