A short motivational clip from Donald Burns urging restaurant owners/operators to stop settling and pursue a larger vision—"build a legacy" rather than merely "get by." The speaker challenges listeners to stretch beyond comfort, speed up growth, and join an eight‑week restaurant growth challenge as a concrete next step.
You're not in this business just to get by. You're here to explore what you're truly capable of. I mean, to speed up, to expand further, and to build something monumental, to create something that is a legacy. I mean, forget about keeping everything perfectly aligned and start aiming for what seems to be just a little bit out of your reach. So if you're ready to ignite your potential and see maybe just, just how far can you really go, then join my eight week restaurant growth challenge. I mean, the clock is ticking and it's time to speed up. Let's do this right now.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
