Ego versus execution. How often is it mindset, not the mechanics that really is blocking their progress? What would you say is you had to put a number on it?
99%. Exactly. Ego is a person that's actually running the systems, right? So mechanics, like I said, that's the easy part. We give you all a checklist. We help you do the SOPs, templates, food costing, all that stuff like interview scripts, marketing, we do it all for you. You name it, we'll do it. When there's a giant ego mindset and this is what actually kills the mechanics. It kills the execution of actually doing something. A good example is no one can do better than me. You know, anybody with an ego like this that just doesn't have their guard down yet because eventually the guard will come down with coaching. It'll happen. You know, once you build that relationship.
If your restaurant only works because you work 80 hours a week, it doesn't work.
