Short motivational message from Donald Burns (YouTube) encouraging restaurant professionals to make tough decisions, cut ties when necessary, and join his free online community TRC Vault for resources and peer support. The speaker frames difficult choices as leading to clarity, strength, and success and issues a direct call-to-action with a URL.
I mean, I know it's tough. I have been there. Cutting ties, making unpopular decisions, standing alone. But on the other side of that decisions, clarity, strength, and success. You're capable of more than you think. And I know you want to make the tough choices. Now it's time to prove it. Join my free online community for restaurant professionals called TRC Vault. Just head over to therestaurantcoach vault.com and you're going to find resources, support, and a network of warriors just like you all making the tough decisions that lead to real success.
