Dr. Ellen Cutler with her Patient

Dr. Ellen Cutler discusses her method for treating food sensitivities with a long-term patient, Lorene, who saw her chronic stomachaches nearly disappear in two weeks. Hello, My name is Dr. Ellen Cutler, and I'm so excited to have my client here, Loreen, who has been seeing me for 10 years for my work ECM that I developed many, many years ago, Ellen Cutler Method, that I think is one of the most extraordinary energetic techniques. And I am so excited because I'm going to start teaching now. So I wanted you to share your journey and what you went through, Lorene, because it's been quite a great journey.
So it has been an amazing journey. And I have to agree, it's one of the most remarkable things I've ever experienced. I mean, I would say miraculous. I came to see you 10 years ago because I was having stomach aches chronic every day to varying. In varying severity. But sometimes they would just leave me breathless. So I remember coming to your office and as a practitioner, what do you look for? What do you. What's the first thing you do when somebody comes into your office? Brand new patient complaining of stomachaches.
And you know, that's the most common reason a lot of people come to see me because basically 80 to 90% of the population has food sensitivities. Many people don't know that because they only know about food allergies. Food sensitivities can cause all kinds of different symptoms like stomach aches, headaches, different skin problems, depression, fatigue, a myriad of symptoms. So the first thing I do is what is the underlying cause of those food sensitivities? Let's say you're sensitive. I find you're sensitive to apples. It's sometimes not so much the apples. What's the ingredients in apples, what's the sugars, what's the vitamins and the minerals that you can be sensitive, which can cause sensitivity. All kinds of different foods. Other reasons is what caused that sensitivity for me. Romaine. I grew up every dinner table when we ate, my parents fought. So I had so many food sensitivities. One of the underlying root emotional is big. If you eat food and you're emotional. That's why I never like to eat when I'm in a business meeting, because it's too emotional and even good emotions sometimes can cause it. The other, which has been my passion, is not digesting your food. That is key. We chew. We don't chew our food well, so we don't digest it. We're not optimizing our nutrition from our foods. So I am passionate about good digestion. Everybody comes to see me. I give them a digestive enzyme.
I got my first visit and those.
Are just a few things. There are maybe other underlying things, too. It could be like a virus that you had that might be connected to ecm has an incredible way, and I've spent years perfecting it to get to the root of what's causing it. That's what's exciting for practitioners.
So, Ellen, you're talking about food sensitivities, which I have had. Actually have very few. Now, what's the difference between food sensitivities and food allergies? Because they're used interchangeably sometimes.
So food allergy is an actual something you can detect in laboratory blood tests. You have like an IgE antibody, and that's really rare. I mean, we hear about it because it could be life threatening and have an anaphylactic reaction. We don't hear about food intolerances, which is what I hear about all the time. That's what I had. So that's the difference. And that's why ECM works with food sensitivities as opposed to working with food allergies, even though I've had some good results with that. But really, food sensitivities are key. And it's key to a lot of other underlying conditions that people struggle with also, like irritable bowel or fibromyalgia or headaches. They're underlying. So food sensitivities are a key ingredient. And that's one of the things I look for first, even in children, too. It's important.
So I know that within two weeks of coming to see you, my stomach aches went away. So thank you for that.
What?
How do you fix people who have food sensitivities like I have?
So after going through chiropractic school and I even have a medical degree, I explored all kinds of ways of how to clear it. I developed a clearing that's based on some acupressure and chiropractic that clears it and often clears it permanently. That's what you'll learn as a practitioner. That's what's very exciting. You can find it and you can fix it.
And digestive enzymes.
And digestive enzymes. Thank you. See? Great.
And the other thing that we discovered, I didn't even bring it up to you when we first met, but I had an allergy or rash on my face. So we'll talk about that in our next segment.
Okay, thank you.
