Hello, Dr. Ellen Cutler here. Do you crave different foods? Well, I have found over years and years of working with clients that you always crave the food you're most sensitive to or intolerant to. So for example, if you crave sugar, you're more intolerant to sugar. I call that carbohydrate intolerant. And if you crave sugar, then you want to eat all kinds of different carbohydrates. You just do it automatically. If you crave protein, oftentimes if you crave protein, you're sensitive to a lot of the protein, either animal protein or vegetarian, vegetable protein, or both. And people that crave protein or have protein intolerance have certain different disorders or complaints. For example, people who don't digest fat crave fat. And guess what else they crave? Salt. That's another one. That's a hidden secret I have found working with Ellen Cutler Method ECM over many years. And then there's those people that don't digest. All of them. What about fiber? Can't break down fiber because they don't chew their food well enough. There is a way to understand that, to evaluate that and to fix it. If you are interested in learning this, if you are interested in learning more about food sensitivities, more about poor absorption, digestion and breakdown of foods and lacking nutrients and becoming nutrient deficiency again, it's not about vitamin deficiency as much as it about digestive deficiency, digestive stress.
