Hello, Dr. Ellen Cutler here. And I want to firstly say, please subscribe to my YouTube videos, Dr. Ellen Cutler and learn more about some of the topics that I've been covering. What are the areas that I see often is people who have subclinical low thyroid. I find it often in my work and my assessment. I developed Ellen Cutler Method ecm, which is a very unique, revolutionary tool, energetic tool that evaluates and assesses underlying root causes of chronic health issues. That can be a lifesaver, can open you up to really understanding what is going on with you as well as of course, healing and helping with other different aspects of your life. Some of the symptoms that people come in with that point me to low thyroid or what I assess with that is fatigue, weight problems, having trouble sleeping, constipation, dry skin, sometimes dizziness or headaches, or heart arrhythmias can all be symptoms of low thyroid. How do I know that? How do I assess this? Again, my tool is not a diagnostic tool. It's a tool and a way for you to learn and assess and understand the information that is in your body that you're. That these are reactivities or sensitivities that are the root causes of these particular problems. And one of them is hypothyroid or low thyroid. There's also people come in I, I see hyper more often. Hypothyroid. And what are the underlying root causes of hypothyroid? Sometimes assessing it can help with managing it. Even if you are on medication or if you're not on medication or on supplements, getting to the root causes is key. Some of the things that I have seen just to give you some idea, and again, what's remarkable and what's unique and exciting and fun about ECM is every individual who has maybe hypothyroid has different root causes. So that's why some of the supplements don't work for everyone, because we're all very unique in what is going on. What's really the underlying number one is foods. Most people are intolerant or sensitive, reactive to foods they're eating. And it could be the foods, it could be the ingredients in the foods. It could be because you just don't digest it. As you know, my passion is good digestion. A healthy microbiome goes with a healthy thyroid, goes with healthy adrenals, go with helping prevent and work with diabetes or pre diabetes too as well. So food intolerances are important. Digesting your food is the first thing you want to do because sometimes just taking a good Full spectrum digestive enzyme, which I believe is the number one most important supplement that anyone can take. You take it 10 minutes before you eat, you will see miracles. And of course, I wrote a book, Discover the Healing Power of Enzymes, which I'm looking to republish and revise to even make it more comprehensive. So digestion is key. So everyone should take a good digestive enzyme. I don't care if you're three or you're 80. Digestive enzyme is safe and it's recommended. So food intolerance is key. Another one is you can be sensitive to your own hormones, to your thyroid hormones. Yes, you can. And it can be on different little levels. Maybe something that you're toxic to has interrupted the receptors. Maybe there's an emotional thing related to those hormones. Maybe it's something genetic. All that can be assessed through the ECM Ellen Cutler method. It could be any of the hormones, too, sometimes estrogen, which is very important, with thyroid hormones too, as well, and that's important. It could also be an environmental toxin that can sometimes cause. You could also be sensitive to iodine. Remember, iodine plus tyrosine makes the thyroid hormone. What if you're sensitive to iodine? You could have low thyroid. These are fascinating, right? And there's so many more. It could be a pathogen, some. Some virus that maybe you had years ago that you got rid of. You thought something like Epstein Barr or whatever. You're still reacting to it and it's interrupting somehow with the thyroid hormones. So therefore, even if you're taking medication, you're not getting it. And you still have all those myriad of symptoms related to low thyroid. It's fascinating, isn't it? I love what I do. I love seeing patients and these clients feel good. And I see it. If I could ring a bell, and every week in my practice, I would ring a bell. I have a practice that's totally filled up. I have people calling all the time for referrals. I need practitioners to study with me. So please, if you're interested or if you know anyone's interested, have them contact us on the website drelancutler.com learn about it.
