It is just creating space to talk about it and us consistently checking in with our kids. And I think the big thing that I always try to convey to people is it's never going to be comfortable. I'm a therapist. I'm trained to talk. And talking to my to children about sex and sexuality is still the most uncomfortable conversation that we ever have. So it will always be awkward. It will always be uncomfortable. And it's incredibly vital that we create that space and that consistent check in where there's an opportunity.
