Just in case Monday has Mondayed and you need a quick refresher, here's a self-care tip from me to you that you can use for under 3 minutes. What I need you to do is real quick take a breath with me, get it past your heart. Take another breath with me, get it down to your gut. And this third breath, I want you to pull it all the way from the top of your head down past your gut. Hold it there for 4 seconds and Push it out as hard as you can. Ready? In here. Hold for 4, 3, 2, 1. Push out as hard as you can. All right. Now for the next 2 minutes, what I want you to do is think of somebody who loved on you when you were little. For me, it's my granny. Easy answer there. But it's also both of my parents. It's all the times I got to play outside until the streetlights came on. So I want you to pull up a childhood memory where you were loved, where you had fun. Sit there in that memory for 20 seconds. All right. And now I want you to think about the last time you laughed, had a good belly laugh. Pull that memory up. For me, it was this morning. My 13-year-old didn't want to wave bye because, you know, she's a teenager now. Last thing, I want you to connect with yourself. Inhale, connect with yourself. You are more than flesh and blood. Second breath, you carry the DNA of everyone who came before you. You are billions and billions of years old through your DNA. Connect with that is older than you. Inhale. You are here, and you are living proof that Monday did not win. You looking at yourself, your constant testimony that you are still here, you're still breathing, and you still have an opportunity to make this day unfold the way you would like. Choose to heal, choose to grow, choose to learn, and I'll see you next time. Bye.
