People have so many questions when it comes to infidelity, whether you're the person who cheated or you're the person who was betrayed. The stories that you tell yourself, the spaces that you fill in the gaps, can really move you one way or the other. Sometimes you can make a story up that makes you feel better that wasn't true. You can make a story really, really horrific That wasn't so bad. Um, the story that you tell yourself creates your reality, and your reality is how you interact with the world and with your partner. So this homework assignment that I have used with many couples sometimes helps raise your awareness to the stories that you're telling yourself. If you're working with a therapist, this is a homework assignment that may help you enrich the experience of therapy or coaching. If you're working with me, this is something that You can use to kind of take our journey a little bit deeper and take a deeper dive into your sense of self and the stories that you're telling yourself. Either way, I encourage you to take a dive into your self-growth and to choose a path of healing and hope and learning and growth. Good luck, and I'm rooting for you.
