Reason #3 why couples counseling for the affair is not working #relationshiptherapy

Hi, I'm Dr. Monique Thompson, and I help couples recover from affairs. Here's reason number 3 why your therapy or life coaching for infidelity might not be working. You can see on my shirt, it says, she believes she could, but she needed a break. So she said no. And that's reason number 3 why your therapy might not be working. Just because you can access therapy, because not everybody has these barriers. Um, not everybody can afford them. Just as you can afford And can access therapy, and because you love your spouse does not mean that you need to recover and rekindle and continue with the relationship. And if that is true, if it is that deep down you really don't even want to recover, it's actually reason number 3. I see it often where no one's taken the deep dive individually to really get down to the root of whether or not they even want To recover. And because of not taking that deep dive, everything is falling apart. So the third reason, number 3, is you don't really want to. And just because you can doesn't mean that you should. Keep going.
