Over the years, I've learned that cookie cutter approaches to weight loss are simply ineffective for the vast majority of people.
We spend a lot of time getting to know you, your health history, your body composition, your blood levels, your metabolism, your goals, your lifestyle.
So many things are unique to an individual that each approach needs to be customized and created specifically for that person.
We look at all the different pieces and then we customize plan that's designed specifically for you. Because your body needs things that's different than anyone else.
It's not like you need to be 105 pounds and your body's just not structured to be 105 pounds. So that's one thing that made this easy for me, because it was a doable weight, that it wasn't just out there not to fit my frame, my body, my muscle, my size. Every program is adjusted to the person's needs in their life.

And so as a high school student, that really extra care and them understanding all the dynamics of being in high school and how to manage the social things while still, you know, pursue a healthy lifestyle was really helpful that they took the time to care about that extra bit in that specific life stage I was in.
Your weight goals are different than somebody else's weight goals. Why would I put you both on the same program and you may like different foods. We take all those things into consideration. We design a program that's going to be achievable, sustainable, and one that we believe is going to work for you not only short term, but over the long term.
