Emilio Garcia says when you have a working content channel and distribution channel, add another distribution channel instead of making new content. Reuse the same piece across 2-4 platforms to stay consistent, move faster, and keep distribution effort steady rather than splitting 50/50 between creation and distribution.
But the other thing that I can tell for sure is that if I had at least one content channel and one distribution channel, and I'm having success on both, and I want to increase the impact, I'd rather focus on a second distribution channel rather than a second source of content, right? Okay. Because again, it's not that you have to do 50/50. I would rather have a piece of content that is distributed on multiple platforms 2, 3, 4 times, right? And I bring consistency on the marketplace across channels that, that speeding up the content creation and leaving the distribution the same, uh, or just at the same level.
