A four-step workflow for positioning: define your customer personas and competitors, feed the AI your product features and research, let it draft positioning and messaging, then refine it with your team's intuition. The AI needs the details because it doesn't know your product.

And so we basically get to the positioning where we have a clear idea of who our ICPs are, whether we have a tech signer, a manager, an influencer, or a daily user, and we try to map all of those different personas out. Then we create a landscape of the competition to give to the AI, and finally, some important data on the specific product features that we need to speak, because the AI, again, doesn't know the technicalities of how the product works, so you kind of need to delicate as much as possible. Yeah, this brings us to a very good place when it comes to the positioning workshop, and then we flesh it out and obviously manually with our intuition, with what we feel is right. Again, with together with the other teams, we finalize our positioning. Next step is the messaging. So again, here we use AI to kind of take everything that we've discussed, so sharing all the transcripts of our conversations, all the research that we have, And then we basically iterate through it, which is basically writing down the strategic narrative first by hand with what we found.
