There's two main reasons why people can't scale their video business. Number one is they don't have a productized service, which means that everything that they do is custom, so it's really hard to hire a team because it's really heavy lift. Or number two, they just simply don't have enough leads and calls coming in every single day. And so if you don't have enough people to talk to, you don't have a consistent inbound system to bring people in, then it's next to impossible to be able to bring new clients in the door because you don't have new people coming in.
