Eric Deeran walks through a medical-practice campaign that hit 23x ROAS, turning $8,000 in ad spend into $200,000. His point: once you're consistently above 4-5x ROAS, stop tweaking and scale the budget instead. Most marketers waste time optimizing working funnels when they should just spend more.

I have a client getting a 23x return on her ads. She targets medical practices, getting them more leads. And I think she spent around $8,000 on ads, if I remember correctly. And she's generated about $200,000 in cash. And she was on my call yesterday, my coaching call yesterday, and she was asking, she said, what do you think I should do? I said, spend more money, right? Like spend more money on ads. And I think a lot of us, including myself, have been stuck in the trap of like, let me try to optimize profit, optimize profit, optimize profit, like get as much as I can out of this funnel. When if you're at above like a 4x, 5x return, you should be spending as much money as you possibly can to scale that funnel because it's profitable, it's working. There's so many clients where they're above a 10x return and they're like, well, should I change this thing or should I update my ads or should I put some new ads in there or should I update my thank you page or should I update my VSL? Or my confirmation page video. And the reality is, is if you have something that's working, just spend more money on it, guys. Like literally spend more money on it. And then when something breaks, you're going to know what breaks. And I think a lot of times we're like trying to expect or like assume what's going to break in the business when you just have to kind of break it and then figure out how to fix it. It'll be very obvious about what it is. So hope that helps. Thanks, Eric.
