This is Eric over at Syndicate Media. I saw you'd opted into one of our ads. Was that, was that right here?
Yes, sir, that's correct.
I guess. What had you reach out in the first place?
Yeah, that's a good question. Really, like anytime I see anything that has to do with driving more leads growth patients into the clinic, it always perks my ears up. So really the main intent is we're just looking to scale and lead generation is the big focus for this quarter.
Okay, gotcha. And have you guys done any sort of content in the past or is it. How are you typically getting clients right now?
Honestly, not a whole ton of content. It's mainly been word of mouth referrals. We have a really good client loyal base there. And then we just push a few things on social in terms of testimonials we get from our clients, but nothing too actively.
Okay, and just fill me in here a little bit. How long have you guys been in business?
Yeah, we've been at it for five years at this point.
Okay, five years. And has it always been kind of just the, the way you've been doing as far as marketing?
The main method has been word of mouth referrals and then we, we've paid for a few lead aggregators. Like we've done, you know, Yelp and Bark.com and Angie's List, things like that.
And how have those worked out when you guys did that?
They worked okay, but not enough to really move the needle forward, so we just cut our losses there.
And I guess what kind of caught your eye about the ad that we had put out specifically?
Yeah, I think the biggest thing is that you guys work with medical professionals specifically, and it's not just kind of work with everybody sort of approach.
Did you get a chance to check out some of the testimonials and case studies we had on that page?
Yeah, yeah, I checked out a few of them. I was checking out the Cairo that you guys were helping out in Texas.
So I guess where are you guys at as far as like monthly revenue and then where are you looking to get to just to see if we can even help?
Yeah, as of right now, we're at around 60k a month and really we're wanting to double that.
Okay, so you're looking to get to 120?
That's correct, yeah.
Okay.
I think it's just, we just need more lead flow.
So just maybe implementing more of like a system with content on social media to get more leads reaching out to you guys.
Definitely.
Well, Dr. Keem, what I can do is I can. We can set up another call in the next couple of days here. We can dive a little bit deeper on Zoom and see if this is really a fit. And then I'd be happy to go over some more options as far as, like, what it would look like to work with us if it. If it was a fit.
Yeah, sounds great.
Okay, cool. How does 4pm Eastern work for you?
Wednesday works great.
Okay, cool. I'll go ahead and book that in. I have your email on file here.
That's correct.
Okay, perfect. Awesome. Well, I will go ahead and send that over. We'll chat then. Then I'll send you a Zoom link, and then we'll go from there.
Sounds good. Awesome.
And that's how you call and qualify somebody who opted into your ads but didn't book a call. You qualify them, make sure they're a good fit, and then set them on Zoom Call. If you want to learn how to set up the ads. The funnel, the system to get people opting into your funnel.
