If you have clients that were on retainer with you but they canceled after a couple of months, here's what went wrong. Fundamentally, clients only cancel if you're not getting them great results. So if all you're doing is posting organic content, handing them pretty looking videos, and trying to pass that off as getting them results, they're going to cancel the retainer because they don't see the value. They're not getting an ROI, return on investment, from the content that they're creating. You have to actually implement a system to use the content to get them results.
