The speaker advises focusing on monthly recurring revenue and offers to share 'top 27 retainers' for video businesses if viewers comment 'retainer'.
Way too many videographers are doing one off projects and it's killing their business. Killing the business because they don't have consistent revenue. If you want to build a sustainable business, have to be focusing on monthly recurring revenue. If you want to learn how to get retainers in your video business, comment the word retainer below and I'll send you our top 27 retainers.
