Short transcript from a YouTube video by Eric Deeran advising video creators to create a productized service to scale their video business. The speaker claims the primary barrier to scaling is not having a productized service and issues a call-to-action: comment the word “scale” to learn how to productize their service.
The number one reason you're not able to scale in your video business is because you do not have a productized service. And that means when you book calls to get clients, you enroll them in your productized service. It doesn't require additional effort from you. And so if you feel like you're stuck and you can't fulfill on more clients because you're bogged down in client work, comment the word scale below and I'll show you how to productize your service.
