Most video business owners can't scale for three main reasons. And I'm going to show you those three things in this video. So if you're doing these things, it's exactly why you've been stuck. And it's not all the I need more gear or I need better clients or whatever it may be, I need to get better quality work. Really what it comes down to is three things. So number one is you don't have a way to get leads consistently. So if you are relying on word of mouth, referrals, cold calling, all that stuff, it's very difficult to scale that because you need to put in more effort to scale it. And when you get more busy, you get more clients. Like you can't scale it, it's not possible. Number two is you don't have retainer based projects. You're doing all of these one off projects. So they're basically where you're doing projects, where they're, you know, 5k, 2k, 3k, and you're stacking these little projects up, but it's taking all of your time and there's no consistency and you have to start over next month. And number three is you are doing all of the work yourself. So you don't have a team to help you, you don't have an admin, a va, somebody to actually help you build, either do the client fulfillment work or do something on the sales side. Leads for you, appointments set for you, whatever it may be. So if you're struggling with those three things you need to start working on, the first thing is getting leads, getting more clients. And either that's setting up some sort of ad, setting up some sort of inbound system so you can get people booking on your calendar, so you can start talking to them, qualifying them and seeing if they're a fit for your video services.
