This YouTube video (Eric Deeran - Master Filmmaker; uploaded April 10, 2024) explains scalable service fulfillment models—DIY (no provider time), Done-With-You (some provider time/coaching), and Done-For-You (provider time, premium pricing). The speakers discuss leveraging time via hiring/training others, capacity limits (e.g., ~40–50 high-touch clients), and tiered pricing examples (approx. $50k/6 months for high-touch, $15k/6 months for coaching, $3k one-time for course).
So then that's how you create a scalable model where it's like the DIY requires none of your time. The done with you requires a little bit of your time. And then the done for you is like all of your time, but you charge a premium for that. You know what I mean? So that's.
That'S brilliant, man. And the way that we were thinking about the done for you stuff was him training other people and me training other people. But then we have to manage those people. So you're right, still our time, but at the same time.
But you're higher leveraged on that. Yeah, 100%. So like, that's the goal is like leverage yourself out of the time and then hire people to do those things and then. But you know, you're still going to be capped at a certain point with the super, super high done with you. And maybe you could take on like 40, 50 clients and like, that can definitely scale 100%. It's just nice to have other product lines where you have like, maybe somebody can't afford 50k for 6 months. Maybe it's like 15k for 6 months where it's coaching, right? It's. It's done with you. And then maybe it's like 3k one time for just the course.
