Here's how to find the perfect commercial client in under 30 seconds. So the first thing you want to do is you want to look for businesses that have a high clv. Now what's clv? CLV is customer lifetime value. And you want to look for businesses that have a high customer lifetime value because if they don't, if you're working for the local mom and pop shop and they don't have any money, then they're not going to have any money to pay you. And then also when you create strategies using video to help them get more customers and more clients, if they're selling something for 30 bucks and somebody only buys one time, it's going to be much harder to make make a profit for them to make a profit to pay for your services. Now on the flip side, if you're working with a solar company like a lot of our clients are, then if you get them one deal, that could be 40 to 50k. So 40 to $50,000 for one deal, they'll pay off your investment. You can also charge based on value based pricing, which I'll go over in another video, but that's your tip for today. If you have any questions, let me know.
