If you feel like you're spending a ton of time working in your business versus working on your business, I would do what we call a time audit. You want to look at what you're doing every single hour of the day and figure out am I working on things that are generating revenue or am I working on things that are just busy tasks that I could easily hire somebody to do like editing for example. You do not need to be editing all of your client projects. It's very easy to find an editor who can take that off your plate and then it gives you a ton of time back to go and get more projects to make more money and revenue in your business. So take a look at what you're spending your time on and ask yourself am I spending time time on things that are making the business more money or am I spending time on things that aren't making the business more money? And I could hire somebody to do very easily.
