How Chase Closed A $58K Deal - Master Filmmaker Review

Chase runs a real estate media company in Seattle and closed a $58k deal within a week of joining the program. He credits the sales training, CRM setup, and intensive coaching (10 calls a week) for helping him charge higher prices and close faster. The program fee paid for itself with that single contract.

What's up, guys? I'm here with one of our clients, Chase, who we just helped close a 53k contract value deal in what, what is it the first week?
Chase, you're here program. I love it, man. I love it.
Well, dude, for anybody who maybe doesn't know about you, tell us a little bit about you, yourself, your business, kind of what you do.
Yeah, I do. I own a real estate media company in Seattle and we do a lot of short form content, YouTube content, and yeah, for real estate agents.
Cool, man.
I love it.
And what would you say kind of the biggest like issue or problem you had coming into the program was like, what was the big thing you were looking to get solved?
Problem I wanted to solve was being able to charge more. And I don't know if I had a limiting belief, but I just never, I was never able to get results for clients. So I was, it was hard for me to charge more and justify charging more. And I noticed you guys always had these big contract values and even I saw someone that, that was in the program that was doing relatively the same content and was selling the same packages for, you know, twice as much, three times as much as me. I was like, huh, something's going on over there. I need to see, you know, how I can level up my pricing and, and be able to have conviction behind it.
Yeah, no, 100%, man. I was definitely stuck in that place too, where I'm like, a lot of it is mindset, it's, it's, it's knowing that you, you can provide that. And I think that's what keeps a lot of people stuck, myself included when I first started. And I guess, like, I know you probably have seen other programs, other stuff like that, I guess what kind of stood out to you about ours over some of the other programs out there.
In particular focus on sales. So most programs are all about the gear, the content, and how to, you know, fulfill the service. I've never had that problem. It's always been, how do I get more money, how do I get more clients, how do I consistently bring in clients and close them, you know, at a higher rate and higher price point?
Yeah, I remember we, right before you closed that last week, we were talking on the coaching call. I was like, dude, you should offer the 53. You're like, are you sure? I don't know.
I don't know.
I'm glad we had that conversation because you're like, you're like, dude, he just, he just picked the 53. I'm like, great. See, I told you there are going to be a percentage of people who do that. And, and it's good that you have it too. I think. What was the, what was the original one you were going with there that we talked about?
I think that was a, that was a kind of a custom price, so I kind of wanted to lean them towards that. That year or six months. Yeah, I was going to do like, like, my packages were going to be like half the price for everything. So if it was a four grand package, would be two grand for the same deliverables. And you were like, all right, we can do that for now until you get some conviction. But with these clients, they were just so, so ready to go. And they also, you know, had the, they had the systems in place. They just needed better content. I was like, oh, I can definitely deliver on this. You know, I can get them more sales for their course, more viewers for their content. It's just, it's just a matter of, you know, closing them.
Yeah. And there are going to be a lot of people out there who are ready to pay more. And I mean, I'm glad you charged that so you could capitalize on it, you know. And then as far as, like, our program, I know it's only been a week. Right. I think you, you might have beat our past record with Josh Yang with 3 days at 20k, so you might hold the belt on that one. But I guess what, what kind of stood out to you within the program? Was there anything in particular that was like, super helpful within what we do in particular? Just the sales.
The sales aspect was, was a big thing, just dialing in a CRM and really, you know, just getting the process dialed in in terms of, you know, packages, your offer and all these things. And also I would say a big thing that kind of pushed me over the fence was you were, you were just talking about how much time you actually got to spend. It's, it's every day of the week for the most part. You know, there's coaching call, sales call, and there's a technical call.
Yeah, the 10 calls a week getting that, that hands on. I think the biggest thing, like, for me in particular, like, I wanted to make sure when I've joined programs in the past, it was like you got to talk to someone maybe once, twice a week, and you're on these huge calls. You never got anyone in one time. And for me, like, I wanted to have a program where there was plenty of time for everybody. You know, we're really in the trenches. Working with you guys to make sure we can help you get those outcomes as quickly as possible. But, yeah, no, I mean, that was one of the biggest things for me when I wanted to have a program. So I want to make sure I offered that in my program when. When I did.
You're like, I'm spending all this time. Like, it's worth. It's like, it's a lot of hours. And I was like, yeah, actually, if I. If I did the math, it's like you guys are. You guys are crushing it with the. With the amount of content and amount of time that you can actually spend with somebody.
I appreciate it, man. For sure. And one last question. I mean, where would you feel like you. You would have been if you hadn't maybe taken the leap or taken the uncomfortable step to join? Because I know, obviously it's uncomfortable, right? But where do you feel like you would have been if you hadn't done that?
Yeah, it was very uncomfortable. Like, it's a. It's a good amount of money. And it was. I don't know. It was just a. It's a scary thing. Like, is it gonna work? But then I noticed, you know, there's so many testimonials. You guys have clearly got the process dialed in. It's just about working the. Working the system and actually putting in the work. But I feel like I'll just be undercharging like I was before, and then, you know, not. Not closing as many clients. Yeah.
And I like to be super realistic, too, on these. On these interviews, too. It's like, yes, we have the process. Yes, we have the system. But, like, you do still have to do the work. You know, it's not a magic pill. It's not one of those things where, like, you can do nothing, sit on your couch and make all this money. It is something where you have to do the work. You have to have some things in place. And that's why we obviously hop on calls with people and make sure that they have those things in place before they jump in with us. But I just like to say that for any. Because some people will promote the, you know, the get rich quick. The. You know, it's easy. It's. It takes work. Right. And. And obviously you've done that work, which is. Which is shown. And then. Last question. I lied before, but. Last question. If there was anybody who was maybe, like, on the fence about booking a call or working with us, what would you say to them and what would your advice be?
I'd say just. Just book the call, man. I think it's. It's a great value. I'm already. I've already paid back, you know, my fee from one deal, and I haven't even really dialed in the CRM doing any marketing. This is just with clients that, like, I was already gonna have calls with anyways. Yeah.
Just reactivating, getting those ticket prices higher, and then we're going to work on getting. Getting everything dialed in with the system, and then it'll be crazy time, man. I'm excited.
Well, sweet.
Well, Chase, dude, I appreciate your time, man. Thank you for everything. And I'm excited to see. See where you go.
Okay. I appreciate you. Sweet. All right, man.
