Differentiates between one-time deliverables (paid once) and "sticky" deliverables (recurring month-to-month services included in retainers).

So as far as pricing out retainers, that's going to depend on, obviously, the business and the offer. But we do a 12, 6 and 3 month plan usually, and then we push them towards the 6 or the 12. And we have one time deliverables and then sticky deliverables built into those packages. Sticky deliverables are ones they're paying for month after month, and then one time deliverables are ones they're paying for once.
