A short YouTube video (Eric Deeran - Master Filmmaker, uploaded June 7, 2023) giving motivational advice to business owners: instead of running from or trying to become immune to fear, accommodate it—acknowledge the fear, proceed anyway, and persist despite being scared. The core message is practical encouragement to act in spite of fear when making business decisions.
Oftentimes a lot of people think that they need to run away from fear or just become immune to fear. When in reality, the most successful people, they accommodate fear, they let it in and they do it anyways, even though they're scared. And so if you're at a point in your business where you're a little bit worried or you're scared, right. Don't run from fear, accommodate it and do it anyways and say, screw fear. I'm going to keep doing this. I'm going to keep doing this anyways. I don't care. I'm going to embrace it and I'm just going to keep going.
