Love how you said it's just Dan like you're a friend, which is great. Hey, it's just Eric. It's just Dan calling like you're a friend. The tonality was really, really good. And as far as like asking those first couple of questions is really good as well. Just make sure when you're going down the path like, okay, gotcha. And then I'd probably go into what have you tried? Goals. What's the goal for the business? Revenue, clients, whatever. How far are we from the goal? And then what have you tried in the past? If you haven't already asked that, why not just keep doing what you're doing? And then from there I'd pitch the call as like, hey, we could potentially help with with XYZ problem you just told me about. Do you have some time in the next couple days? Make sure they're on Zoom and then book the call.
