Short advice from a single speaker (Eric Deeran) urging salespeople to increase the number of quality prospect conversations to improve deal-closing. Recommends a target-level mindset (e.g., moving from 1–2/week to ~10 conversations/day) and building an inbound system to attract prospects rather than relying only on cold outreach; emphasizes sustainability (avoid exhaustion) and reverse-engineering a process to scale quality conversations.

I've never had anyone struggle to close deals if they're simply having more conversations than they're currently having. If it's one to two a week, that's not nearly enough. We need to be having 10 conversations a day, right? And the next question becomes, how do I get those conversations? How do I get those conversations in a way that's not going to make me exhausted every day? Right. And that's where you can potentially start looking into creating an incident inbound system to bring people into you, so then you can start having those quality conversations. You just going out and cold calling a bunch of people. Yes, it works, but it's struggle bus. Right? But if you can bring people into you and then have those quality conversations from there, then it's a lot easier to hit 10, 20, 50, 100 quality conversations a day, which then turns into quality clients. So if you're struggling, start focusing on having more quality conversations and how you can reverse engineer that process to get as many quality conversations a day as possible.
