This is the number one reason I see video businesses go out of business. They're focusing on better gear, better quality work, better lenses, better lights, whatever it may be. And obviously that's important. You need to have a good base. But if you don't have systems, processes to bring in new leads consistently every single day, and then a way to take those leads and convert them into sales calls, and then take those sales calls and convert them into clients, then you don't have a business. You have a hobby. You need to have a system for sales and marketing to bring those leads in consistently. Otherwise you're at risk for going out of business.
