A short YouTube monologue by Eric Deeran (Master Filmmaker) reflecting on the reality that some people must work much harder than others to reach accepted standards when they "start further back." The speaker emphasizes that life is unfair at times, notes that some skills come easier to some people while others require much more effort ("10 times harder"), and closes with a brief call-to-action asking viewers to comment if they like the format.

But at the end of the day, I think you have to. If you start further back, you just have to realize you're going to have to work a lot harder than everyone else at one thing or another. Like, there's going to be some things you're really good at, and then there's going to be some things that you need to work a lot harder. Like 10 times harder than other people to get to at least the standard of what's accepted. And a lot of people don't want to think that. They just want to say, like, hey, I'm disadvantaged. I have this problem. I have this issue. When in reality it's like, yeah, I mean, life's not fair sometimes. Like, just isn't. I don't know what to say. Like, there's stuff that I have to work 10 times harder at than other people, and there's things that come easy to other people that don't come easy to me that I have to work way harder at. Just like, everyone has some sort of disadvantage. You're gonna have to work way harder at. So to wrap this rant up, I don't know if you guys like these videos. If you do, comment below. If you don't, I won't do any more of them. So I'm just testing this format out.
