And so when you can do that, you have a lot more leverage. And it's harder for them to get rid of you. Because if you hire somebody. Right. Let's say it's a salesperson and they're generating tons of money for the company, you're not going to fire that person. You're going to pay them more because they're generating money. Same thing with you as a video agency. If they, if you come in and they hire you to be a video agency for their company, if you're bringing in revenue and you can track that back, then they're not going to get rid of you. They're going to pay you more. Or if you want to justify higher rates, you can.
