Short coaching clip on handling the early sales objection "I'm not interested." Advice shown by role-play: act puzzled, slow your cadence and lower energy, use a disarming line such as "I apologize, I didn't mean to offend you. I'm not quite sure we could even help you yet...would you be opposed to that?" Also recommends leaning away ("we're not sure we can help") to invite the prospect to lean in, and cautions that "no-based" questions are now common and can feel scripted.

I'm not interested. What do you do when they say that in the first 10 seconds? Well, the first thing you have to do is you have to act like you're puzzled. Slow down your cadence in the conversation. If you start talking fast and nervous, well, it makes the prospect get nervous and they click up the phone real quick. So you're going to do it like this? Pay attention to my tonality. Oh. Oh, yeah. I apologize. I didn't mean to offend you. And just so you know, Sally, I'm not quite sure we could even help you yet. If you feel like we can't, you know, we can just end the call. Or if you feel like we be able to do something, we can always set up another time to continue the conversation. Would you be. Would you be opposed to that?
We're saying, I'm not sure we can help. So you're leaning away from them, which causes them to lean into you. And then with the no base questions, those are good. Just be careful about when you use them, because it's being used a lot now, so a lot of prospects are catching on to the no base questions. So if someone says, would you be opposed to that?
Just be careful.
Where you use that. But other than that, really good advice.
