Short monologue advising creatives to prioritise spending money to buy time—primarily by investing in mentors or expertise—rather than spending time to make money. The speaker argues time is a finite personal resource while money can be replenished, so paying for others’ experience effectively purchases years of learning and accelerates progress.

Something I think most creatives don't understand is that what most people do is they spend time to make money. Where what you really need to be doing is spending money to get more time. Because look at it, at the end of the day, when you invest into a mentor or you invest into someone who knows more than you, who's ahead of you in business, what you're really doing is you're buying the 10 years that it took them to get from A to B. And here's the kicker. You only have so much time in your life. You only have a certain amount of days that you have left on this earth. But when it comes to money, you can always make more money. Time is what we call a finite resource, where money is an infinite resource. You can always print more, make more, buy more. And this was a big key that I had to flip in my brain. Make sure you're spending money to get time, not the other way around. Because one day you're gonna run out of time and wish that you spent money to buy back that time.
