You're thinking smaller because you need to be focusing on creating a system where you can plug other people into the system and you can hire other people to do the work for you. What most freelancers do is they focus on doing the work themselves, and that's what ultimately leads to their demise, because they're not focused on creating a system where they can have other people work for them and work in the business, so then they can work on the business.
