Hey, what's up guys? In this video we're going to be going over the contractor agreement that we use for all of our contractors when we hire on video editors, video shooters, videographers, account managers, salespeople, whatever it may be. This is the agreement that we use, so let's get into it. And below this video you can actually download that agreement and start using it immediately in your business today.
This will be a quick video, but this is a independent contractor agreement plus a non disclosure added in. You would then use this anytime you hire anybody you want to make sure that you have some sort of agreement. I would highly, highly, highly recommend you have a lawyer look over this. We are not legal or tax professionals, so we can't officially give you this, but I would highly recommend that you have a lawyer look over your agreement and make sure that it's customized for your business needs. But this is exactly what we use. And then this is just where you would put in the description of services. You can use this for a salesperson, a editor, a shooter, anybody who is an independent 1099 contractor. And then you would use Gusto to get their W9 on file and then make sure you have their social and all that kind of stuff logged for submitting for taxes. But this is basically what we have here. You just go in and fill out anything that is in brackets and customize it and you're off to the races and have them sign up before they jump on.
