You can't be busy and broke. I see a lot of videographers who are super busy, but they're not actually making more money year over year. And so if you're super busy but you're not making more money, here's why you're not focusing on the right things that actually move the needle in your video business. This means you're probably editing all the time, doing all of the shooting, and not focusing on things that are revenue generating activities. Instead, what you need to be focusing on is things that actually make money, which is two things, marketing and sales. So block off an hour a day to do lead generation for your video business. Either messaging people, running ads, setting up a system to get more leads, and then block off another hour in your day to focus on talking with potential clients who are interested in working with you. Do those two things and you're going to need a bigger wallet. And if you want to learn how to actually set up a system to get clients every single day, comment workshop down below and I'll send you a short video going over how you can actually do this.
