If you're a video business owner, you're making less than 15k a month. Your problem is not what you think it is. It's not that you need to have better work. It's not that you need to be focusing on on getting rid of your competition. What you should be focusing on is actually closing more deals and perfecting your offer and your sales process and your marketing. It's usually not that the competition is taking stuff away because there's way more abundance of clients out there than you really think there is. And so it's not that you're competing against other people in the marketplace. You need to be competing against yourself to uplevel your sales, marketing, fulfillment. So then when you get to a place where you're doing 100k a month, that's when you need to start worrying about competition.
