Anywhere greatness is transgenerational, you will find discipline there. #aflmentoring #femilazarus

Femi Lazarus warns against chasing quick money through informal jobs, citing classmates who died young after abandoning their pursuits. True greatness requires discipline to build and finish ventures, not the instant validation of short-term gains.
Chapters
I was listening to Dr. Mensah Otabio and he spoke about when they were in school and many of his friends will, you know, jump classes and go outside and make money. It's fast. And they will come back and begin to show the amount they've made. They were the big boys. And what did they do? Some of them were going out to do conductors, work with buses, call people off their uniform, carry block and do all those things. And he said, as at then, that money was so much. Say, but now when we look back and look at what they have become, some of them have died and now they are regretting their choices. Be careful of instant gratification. It's the culture of small people.
Be careful. Do you understand what I'm saying?
And the reason why we choose what gratifies us instantly is because it is not lonely. At least everyone can know on time how you're doing well. But will it last? What quality of person will you become if you stay with this? So the real journey of greatness is movement from the known to the unknown. Because you have to build. Go and check what I'm about to say. It's a tough one. I wish I'm just going to say this and drop the mic. Those who can't build businesses will not build their own organizations. They always stop me afu. If they start anything they want to build, they stop afu. They say they want to Write books, they stop her food. They say they want to do this, they stop her. It's not their fault. If those who really raised them finished, they will not be raised where they're raised.
They've never seen finishers. That's why it's culture. I told you, anywhere greatness is transgenerational, you will find discipline.
