All right, let me celebrate my friends and brothers. Pastor Moses, help me honor him, please. Dr. Goodluck, so good to see you again. Amen. And I honor every of one of God's ministers here. God bless you. I honor you all. Let's give them a big hand. And please, you may celebrate yourselves. God has given me a very important assignment, um, this meeting. And it will be done. Probably beyond tonight into tomorrow morning, um, get everyone you know that needs healing here. And we're starting a scheme, um, should resume next month. Trust in God, where we gather people with terminal illness and, um, teach them God's word and, um, do certain figures per month and release all of them healed. You see it. So you have people, and thank God, this, um, a teaching hospital environment that needs God's touch. If you are here tonight, you need God's healing, you're in the right place. It's going to happen in a moment. Please open our Bibles to the book of Acts of the Apostles, chapter number 10. Acts of the Apostles, chapter number 10. We start the reading from verse 38. Quite a known scripture. All distractions there, please stop it. Stop that. Acts 10 from verse 38. How God anointed Jesus Christ, Jesus of Nazareth, with the Holy Ghost and with what? With the Holy Ghost and with what? Power, who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil, for God was with him. Amen. Can we read verse 38 together? 1, 2, 3, go. Jesus of Nazareth, with the Holy Ghost and with power, went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil, for God was with him. All right, he healed all that were oppressed of the devil. He went about doing good. Now verse 39 says, and we are witnesses of all things which he did, both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem, whom they slew and hanged on a tree. Him God raised up the third day and shewed him openly, not to all the people, but unto the witnesses chosen before of God, even to us who did eat and drink with him after he rose from the dead. Now one of the things, the reason why I had to go down is to understand that the manifestation of God's power is not obscure. The manifestation of God's power is not obscure. I'm teaching on a brief subject tonight. You need power. You need power. Every one of you, everyone seated here under the sound of my voice, you need what? Power. Say it again. I need power. Come on, say it again loud and clear. I need power. Say it again. I need power. Power can be defined as many things, but more importantly, power is defined by what it makes available. The quality of power, the measure of power, is in what it powers, what it makes available. All right, and like I tell my people, power is power. Uh-huh. All right, power is power when it takes its form what it steers, what it manifests. How many of you have seen, um, naked wires before? So good to see you, Pastor Tobian, Pastor Maureen. Have you seen naked wires before? It doesn't come with announcement, true? Talk to me now. But can you help with this light? What are those there? It doesn't change the fact that it carries power. Power is not in noise. Power— yes, when there is power manifesting, there is a noise. For instance, if you read what the event that took place in the book of Ezekiel 37— before this meeting is over tonight, it will be clear that Jesus came. Uh-huh. So Just follow me. Somewhere along the line, his power is going to rattle this entire place. Let me borrow the English of Pastor Femi Lazarus. His power is going to rattle this entire place and chains will fall. I said chains will fall. Healings will take place. All right. If you look at the account of Ezekiel 37 in the valley of dry bones, the moment the power of God began to manifest, the Bible said there was a great noise. There was a great noise. Now personally, um, I'm someone who doesn't get easily impressed, not even by the things that happens in my life. Let me calm down so I can— all right. When I watch videos and I see healings take place, I, I, I, I want to— I don't easily get impressed. I want to think the way outsiders will think and be sure it really happened. I, uh, you may not— you may be hearing this for the first time. When I attend meetings and someone say I'm healed, I want to be sure it is a notable miracle that cannot be denied. And because that is how I think, uh, it kind of powers the consciousness of pressing for more. One of the signs that you lack excellent spirit is that you are easily satisfied. Are you with me? Let me give you an instance. The blessing of Abraham. Are you aware? A form of power. Are you aware one of the manifestations of that blessing is excellent spirit? Yes, that's one of the manifestations of that blessing. All right, excellent spirit is not just that which enables you to do things extraordinarily. No, it is that which cries for more, that which makes it difficult for you to be easily satisfied. That if you attend a meeting and there are 10 people on wheelchair and 9 get out of wheelchair, the man with excellent spirit can still go back home and cry because you just want to see all saved. You want to see all healed. You want to see all rescued. You want to see all delivered. Are you following what I'm saying here? When this power touches you, you will not play safe with the supernatural or play safe with the prophetic. Most times when God begin to— when he start with you, he's going to give you certain instructions that will not make sense, like trying to enter into a market and a notable man who has been blind at the market, and the Holy Ghost whispers, Femi Lazarus, heal him. And thank God for this generation where you know that people will be there with phones, but the man who has something to lose cannot function in the supernatural. The man who has something to lose cannot function in the supernatural because you're going to function with your ego and pride. It's going to be about you. Say it loud and clear: it's not about me. Come on, say it again loud and clear. Say it again: it is not about me. So I, because of this nature of mine, I am given to a lot of research, and I'm going to tell a few things the way I think, just a few things so it can help you understand what I'm talking about. Uh, if people say Christianity is a scam, I don't want to defend it because I'm a Christian. I want to give proof. That we are not a scam. Ah, look at pastors, they fake miracles, they're all liars. I don't want to say, um, um, you know, it's not a lie. I rather, I want to ask, do you have anyone who is sick? If God did it then, then he can do it again. If it can't be duplicated, you are not there yet. You see, and that's why we press. That's the hunger, so that you will not be a man standing before a door and you are trying 100 keys to open one door. Go and get my message, Predictable Curriculum of Giants, that we must dig till we find the keys. We must dig till we find the keys that unlocks the door of power. The kingdom of God is not in meat and drinks. It is in the manifestation, demonstration of power. Without power, all we are talking about is theory. I, I, I read this story— I, I know I heard this story from, you know, there was a time I was in CAC. Now, all these are old pastors was sharing this story, and it, it did happen, of a time that a woman was trusting God for the fruit of the womb, and this was her condition. Her condition was not just that she was not able to conceive. Her condition was that while she was younger, she's made certain mistakes. She's aborted and they had to remove her womb. Now the story is quite a bit, um, odd— not awkward— because the woman said I may not be able to get Baba Jide to pray for me. He said if I can get to his compound and see the bedroom where he baths, where the water flows through, ah, if I can come in contact with it, I will give birth. She had no womb. It's been taken out. She did and she conceived. Now, it was when she gave birth to triplet that she came to share testimony. What I'm trying to tell you is this: it is possible for you not to have faith for the dimension of power at work in you. Because if someone should come to you and say— and that's why you must be careful. You've gone to meet the man of God and say, please pray for me. Sometimes you don't have to go into details because the man may carry the power but lack the faith. You see, are you with me now? It was when she came to share the testimony That a man— now some of you have, you have dimensions already seated, but you just can't see it. You know why? Because what comes through impartation will be sustained through digging, through digging. The point where you dig into God's word till you find it, till nothing looks impossible again in your sight. Till nothing looks difficult again to you, till all things becomes possible. You get to that point where you become one with what is written, where you believe that what is written is settled. It is more of a truth beyond all facts. And that's the point where you don't have different faith for headache and cancer. It is the same faith. The same God can take away this issue. Are you following what I'm saying here? Say it again. I need power. Say it again. I need power. So one of the best ways to defend the gospel is through what? Power. Because this kingdom is not in bread and butter, it's not in meat and drinks. The difference between Christianity and all others is that we didn't just claim that Jesus rose from the grave all those who saw him then are no longer alive, is that we have a proof of that resurrection. And the proof of that resurrection is power. That if the same spirit that raised Christ from the dead be in you, that same spirit will what? Quicken your mortal bodies. And let me show you something. I told you that the way power is measured is by what it brings. You know, in the olden days, the ancient civilization mostly are built around natural resources, flow of water. Um, talk about the Nile River and all those ancient civilization, probably where they can fish, where they can transport. You see that they build those civilizations around resources. And that's the same way it is with power. Anywhere power flows through, it revives everything it comes in contact with. Let me explain. Um, look up, everybody. So let's say, for instance, God is calling you, he's extending his call to you, and he's saying to you, 'Son, I want to use you. Daughter, I want to use you for my glory, and I want you to answer the call. This is what your life is going to be about.' And you look at everything and say, 'Ah, you know, I can't leave my job, I can't leave all those things,' and all that. Meanwhile, what God wants to do with your life is to bring you out of the company of beneficiaries of graces. To make you a river of power flowing, that anyone who stays in that sphere— young ladies and young boys will come who will find themselves as people to marry each other because you said yes to the call. People will find jobs and get all those things about their lives powered because you said yes to the call. The idea of God is not to make you a static river. The idea is to make you a flowing river. Out of your belly flows So that civilization will now be built around what is flowing. It is— see, you can choose to live your life in a selfish way. You can choose to deny the extent of the power that should flow through you. You know, I, I read something that, that, that gave me concern in the Bible of the guy that was born blind. Not just was he born blind, he had no socket. He had— it's a congenital issue. He had no form. There was nothing about the eyes that needs to be open. If you, you know, if you're going to pray for someone that their eyes be open, it would be that he already has eyeballs, the lenses are there, and now they are spoiled or something. But this guy had nothing, just bland flesh covering the face. And the disciples look at him and say, this is not possible unless someone has sinned. So what sinned? Is it this guy or the parent? Jesus said nobody sinned. This is so that the glory of God will be made manifest. That is, this guy is going to be like this until someone come on whom the hand of God is established. Are you following what I'm saying here? What this means is that the plan of God to separate you to himself, it is so that the glory can sit. There are people who will die, there are people who remain sick and die of that sickness until someone come that God has placed his hands to the end that the glory of God is established. What I'm telling you is that you will have questions to answer in heaven, not just for the things you fail to do. To do that you know you didn't do, but for the things you fail to be empowered to do. And those ones you will not even— you may not even know you ought to be the one to do them. Our world needs power. You know, it's, it's, it's so amazing, and you know, my, my heart is bleeding I have concerns. Now, it looks as though— I, I watched the interview of the son of Dorah Kuyili, and that's a very painful interview for a Christian to watch. If you watch that interview, you won't like it. And it described the last moment of the mother, how that she was down with cancer, and he said, oh, all high and mighty came and they prayed for her, and some will even collect money. And do all that. Said, but she died. And the guy said something that really touched my heart. He said, Christianity in Nigeria is a scam. Why did he say that? Because power failed to operate. If you have a bulb, what is the essence of the bulb? To illuminate. True. If you plug the bulb and you switch it on and light is not coming, is it okay to call it a scam? Yes. Believers who fail to carry the power are the proof that Christianity is a scam, and those who carry the power are the proof that Christianity is not. So whether you call it scam or you say it is real, it depends on who you encounter. Are you with me, people of God? Are you with me? Now I was asking a question: is it possible? Is, is the word of God true or it works once in a while? Is the word of God powerful or it is powerful once in a while? If we can, if we can solve mathematics and say this is the formula for this equation, and every time we use that formula and follow step by step, we arrive at the correct answer, is the scripture that predictable also? How come the power functions once in a while? How come we still not have found out what is the secret of the presence? That no matter how dry an atmosphere is, I am not guess working, I know what to do. Not that the Holy Ghost may come, I know what to do as a person. It is not pride. That once that key is touched, the atmosphere breaks. Femi Lazarus. Until we know this predictable curriculum, we will only win once in a while. And the moment we fail to win, we lose in grand style, and we lose people that should be powerful generals in the kingdom. And so I said, it looks like there are certain sicknesses that when people have them, they remain in that prison and everybody will be watching them till they finally die. I came to the hospital to pray for a girl the last time, probably when we had our opening. Say, you need to pray for this girl. And I looked at her, there's no hair on her head. She had lupus. She was looking like a shadow of herself. I couldn't even imagine what she was before. Now let me ask you a question. You know, all these things we say When we are going for meetings or we're organizing meetings in a place, that the power of God is about to hit this place. Is it true or is it scam? Until we come to that point where when we say it, it is true, that anywhere we find ourselves, they are fortunate because a whole economy will be powered because we pass through. All those who need healing can come and wait. I know that it is sure. It is not that it may happen. How many of you will have a feast, particularly in a situation we find ourselves in Nigeria, and you have a wedding feast where you have the president and all kinds coming, and you want to put the power that will power the whole event on NEPA? You wouldn't want to try it. Why? Sorry, I said NEPA. I'm still back in the '90s. Power Holding. You won't want to try whether it's power holding or power leaving. You understand that the problem is still the same. You don't want to bank your most important activities around a power that is not stable. Most important kingdom assignment cannot be banked around believers who have not found the truth of the curriculum of how to operate it again and again and again. We need to come to that point where everyone can bank on us, that if somebody is going to die and if all God would make happen is a contact of handshake, it is true that the fellow has been rescued. That this fellow, I may never even be able to pick that this fellow, but I have carried something that can neutralize it. That even if the prophetic is slow at that point, the power of Britain is not. The same way there can be power in a live wire, it does not mean— do you understand what I'm saying? If you are going to touch it and somebody is saying, hey, don't touch it, if you have touched it first, it will do what it should do. That will become a moving current. I remember during COVID I don't want to go into the details, powerful season. But I remember there are ministers saying, we dare you to open churches and see if COVID spreads or dies. In the days of John Gilek, I can't remember what virus was ravaging the land then, and he asked them to isolate it and place it on his skin. And the moment they did, checked it again, it was dead. Those are not the realms you function because you heard the story. You must have found the same key that opens that door. Do you understand what I'm saying? One of the reasons why we have casualties, and sometimes those casualties are embarrassing, that you hear that a believer has gone to shrine to do some crusades and he returned back blind, deaf, and dumb. Is Amadioha more powerful than Jesus? But this guy has gone there in Jesus' name. That you shout Jesus does not make him manifest if he doesn't know you. There are secrets to the operations of these things, and our world will not believe until we find those secrets. And one of the best things you can do for yourself is to— see, let me tell you this— don't live a life of lies and pretense. Do you understand what I'm saying? We must have this hunger that is consistent with the truth, that we can go on our faces and say, God, I have this, but this dimension is not yet here. And at this phase of my life, I need it for the next phase. Whatsoever it will take, give me, Lord. Don't assume. And one of the things I need you to do tonight is that you will press. Are you following what I'm saying? You will press. You know, some of you understand certain dimensions that you have already, but you know that if what God has shown you about the future is what will come to pass and nothing will stop it, This also needs to come, though I have found it in so-so life, but I've not seen it in mine. Lord, I covet this gift. Can I give a minute? If you have any hunger there at all, can I give a minute? A minute to, to, to cry it out. Eh, Lord, I covet for power. I ask for this dimension that it will function in my life. In Jesus' mighty name we are praying. Now hear me, say that amen loud and clear. Say that amen with power. Now hear me. What I found out as I studied church history is that every man that ever stood out, at certain points, what made them stand out, they saw it on someone's life and they said, God, I'm not satisfied. Do you understand what I'm saying? If I see you manifesting in certain things and I don't have, I will not assume that because you function there, I have it. It is my duty to go in the form of hunger and dangerous prayer till the same thing rubs off. If he can carry it in his neighborhood— I'm giving you 30 seconds. Jesus, Jesus. In Jesus' mighty name we are praying. Now sit down for a moment. Let's get into something more serious. Now look at this. What we saw the Bible say in that book of Acts of the Apostles 10:38 is that Jesus was anointed with the Holy Ghost and with what? Power. And he went about doing what? Good. Now you will think that doing good is a natural thing that comes to everyone until we saw what Paul said, that the good I have in my heart to do, them I cannot do, and the things I do not want to do, that I find my members doing. Meaning that— follow what I'm saying— let me give you an instance. Like someone has promised you Have you seen case of people who have experiences with promise and fail? That someone has it in his heart that I want to change this person's level, I want to bless this fellow with something that will change this person's life. All of a sudden, at the point of making that decision, the fellow's heart begins to drag. The fellow has cold feet, cannot explain the reason why the thing I want to do now I can't do it. Because there are forces. If something is good to God, there are forces that ensures they don't happen. What I'm telling you is that you will not just wake up from drinking God conflicts and think you can go about doing good. There are powers whose duty is to make sure that you are not even free, talk less of setting others free. There are powers whose duty is to make sure that the one on whom the healing grace should lie should be sick. The one on whom the prosperity anointing should lie should be poor. The one on whom the grace to liberate others should lie should be in bondage. Their duty is to ensure that no one is truly free, because once you are in that prison, it is impossible to bring others out. So it takes power to be free, talkless of doing good. There are some of you who are aware, you know it like you know your name, that there is a call of God upon your life. But somehow, beyond saying yes to the call and holding mic to preach, there seems to be certain power making sure that in the secret place you will not cooperate with God, talkless of carrying it in the fullness and the extent that you should carry it. So what you may not see in that scripture was that Jesus first received the power to break through where it matters. Do you understand what I'm saying? He received the power to break through where it what? Matters. Tonight you will break through where it matters. I say again, tonight you will break through where it matters. There are giants who will never become one. They may die as dwarfs because there are powers that are— when I talk about powers like this, I am not talking about enemies from father's house or mother's house. Even those who are not in— because you now, you believe that it is only in Africa that we have enemies from father's house and mother's house. Now let me say this to you: any doctrine that you have that is only geographical in respect to its truth is not the correct doctrine. Are you following what I'm saying? And that's why with the emergence of the new Nigeria will also be the death of many ministries. Because those ministries are built around what is bad. They are not built around the solid word of God that is unbreaking. Are you following what I'm saying here? Are you following what I'm saying here? What I'm telling you is this: there are certain things that their duty is to make sure that you will never just meet up with what is settled in heaven. Let me give you this scripture, Jeremiah 29:11, God speaking to Jeremiah. So I know the thought that I think towards you. They are taught of peace, not of evil, to give unexpected hand. And I, I gave this illustration in our school of ministry yesterday while teaching the student, and I gave an instance. I said to them, God does not function in linear space, it functions cyclical. And this is what happens, and you must understand this. The way God functions is that he does not start something then think of the purpose. No, he starts it, finish it, watch the whole life. Finish, then now give it room to commence. Meaning that man in himself is not a creation, that is not someone that God created, then God start thinking, now that I've created this one, this fellow is just occupying geographical space, what can I do with this person? No, he finished you, you have lived the life in his mind, then he started you to commence. So you are the beginning of what he finished. The expected end is this. That where it ended in his mind is where you must end. So when Jesus said on the cross, John 19:30, after I received the vinegar and said, it is finished— it is finished is not I am finished, it is finished is not I am dying, it is finished is not I am dead, it is finished is I have reached the mark. Jesus Christ, who was sacrificed and slain from the foundation of the world, where we pegged it then, I'm at the same point now. Have you seen people— there's this game I see people do on the internet and all that. Where they try to draw a perfect cycle. You start from a point, it is perfect when you meet at that point. That is the exact way God operates, that he started you, achieved a point. This is what you lived your life to be in his mind. Then he start you, and the proof that you have lived according to the script is that you end where the script ended. Yes, sir. I give another illustration and listen to what I'm saying. Many of you may never understand what it means for a preacher to exist, to operate outside time, because you have never been outside time. All your life you have been in time, but God has never been in time, but yet he controls time. But once in a while, what you don't know is that you have been given the opportunity to throw things around, know what it means to function out of time. And every day Every once in a while you also function out of time. So let me give you an illustration. One of the, one of the things that brings you close to that reality is when you see a movie full of suspense. You watch it the first time, your mind was so much up, you are anxious, you are wondering what's going to happen next. You watch it the second time with your friend, your friend is now the one who is anxious. You know where it ended. Your friend is in time as far as that is concerned. You are not in time as far as it is concerned. Because you know the end before you begin. This is what I'm talking to you about. According to what is written in the script, Jesus said, 'Lo, I come in volume of books, as it is written of me, to do your will.' According to that script, you didn't end up powerless. You must find out according to what is in the script, in the mind of God. How many dead people did I raise to life? Let me give you another illustration. Let me give another illustration. Let me have Pastor Timmy and Pastor Joseph, please come. Look at this. You see this illustration? I refuse to die young because you can refuse to. Are you aware that death is no more powerful than your will? Paul said, I'm in between two figs, whether to live or to die. That is, I can choose. What happens when people are critically sick? They make choices and they say it. Let me go, I'm tired. Nobody dies of sickness without making a choice. I went to pray for someone with a condition. I don't want to mention the condition. It was supposed to be incurable. And as I entered that place, what I saw around was death. And I said to them, I'm going to pray for this person. Can we get to that point where if this is an incurable disease, if I've come to pray for you, it is as good as Jesus coming and you are healed? Please be seated, sir. It is as good as that. Not like we scam people and see, once you want to play these pranks and you just want to find a way to escape, you will never carry true power. That if I do this now— are you following what I'm saying? If somebody's on wheelchair and if I pray for you and you didn't get up, do you understand what I'm saying? I'm not going to play safe and say I don't want people to know that, let me just play safe. Now receive your healing where you are. If you want to do scam Christianity like that, you will not carry the true power. Now let me give you an instance. If there's a drama script they're supposed to act And according to that script, these two men are to face each other and punch each other in the face. And actually, according to the script, this one is bigger, but this one was supposed to punch this one, and when he punches him, he will fall. Are you following what I'm saying now? If that is the script, but he has not written the script, he can punch him and he will fall. The moment the devil can exempt you from seeing what is written in scriptures about you The moment he can get— see, listen what I'm saying. Reading the Bible is a matter of life and death. This is eternal life, that you may know him, that you may know him. Eternal life is a knowledge that the more this knowledge is rich and at work in you, the more powerful you become, the more the economy that is activated as you pass through life. What the devil is interested in is that you can go about and making boast, just don't know the script, and it can come back and lie that you are aware that supposed to die at 40, and it can give you scriptures to back it up, and by yourself you will leave all that is finished and say, I take this one. Say not me. Say it again loud and clear. Not me. Say it again loud and clear. Not me. Say it again with anger. Not me. Don't wait till they tell you you have cancer before you now start looking for the word that tackles it. The spirit of a man ought to be strong enough to bear his infirmities, ought to be powered enough with the word and prayer Ought to be strong, rich. Do you know what it means to have a rich spirit? Enriched with the word. You soak in it, you eat it, it powers your reality. It gives you a new consciousness that if there is any fact around, what you believe is what is true. You have seen— see, many of you have seen too much of news that every day before coming out, you think of death, kidnapping, because that's your reality. In the same light, the word can become the reality. Are you aware that when the word becomes much of that reality, somebody can even point a gun at you and you are too sure— pure water. Not like you heard someone say it, you are too sure that, oh God, I got here before you. According to the script, you were arrested. I shared the story when we're going to— I was going to minister at Ekpe. I mean, this is one of the stories of say the devil tried to check you out. Please be seated. And we're driving from Aja, the long bridge, Ekpe long bridge, at night, probably around 11:30, 12. I was going to minister in the vigil. And one of the pastors said to me, said, they rob on this bridge, they rob here, so that we drive faster. Ah, my consciousness is not robbery. My consciousness is if they come out, they die. Is that's my consciousness. Do you understand what I'm saying? The days of talking about what God did through Archbishop Benson Idahosa, we bless God for what he did, but that was about 25 years ago. What is God doing now, or did he stop? It's gonna break. Power ended with them. While you enjoy telling all that story, you must make sure that I have good examples too. Are you following what I'm saying here? See, these guys come as we finish ministering, came and double-crossed the car. Hey, you were inside the car. A trailer crushed the vehicle. Trailer that you didn't see coming. They double-crossed, matched them immediately. What did we do? I said reverse, because God told Lot, escape for your life. Say now they matching them, the guys were ready. Oh yeah, reverse, reverse, reverse. Yeah, he has done what he will do. True. Say it again, I receive power. Say it again. I receive power. I receive power. You must eat it to every one of your family, everyone in your family who is currently down with sickness, problems. Some of you have sisters who have left husband's house, first, second, third. You're a young girl also planning to get married. There's a space for you waiting because you are filled in your priesthood duty. There are— see, are you aware the way one witch will be in a family? One witch, not 10, one. And the witch will deliver. One, one witch, one, one small 8-year-old girl will deliver the quota. If you have to give blood every year, they will give and they'll be dying, they can't trace it. But you have 5 Christians, they are not delivering. One witch will shake everywhere, they are afraid. If I tell you now, go to that shrine and destroy the whole thing, you are scared. But an herbalist can come to church and know that nothing will touch me. But a believer can enter shrine because there's power there. Are you seeing that we have lost something?
