We're not told that the fire was not hot. Sometimes the situation is hot, but you are not dying, so that you can see that the Lord is in the midst of the burning bush. Are you with me? The Lord is here and his glory is here. You feel quite insignificant in the jigsaw of what he's doing as touching the head, but the fate of humanity lies on the shoulder of people who feel insignificant. If he shows you everything he wants to do with you, you probably won't believe, or you probably walk in pride. And sometimes they allow you not to be discerned not to be understood, not to be seen, so that this process can be fast. Because the earlier you are seen, the slower the work becomes. And like Jacob, your statement is, so the Lord is here and I didn't know it. Be still and know that it's the Lord. You are the hope of the days to come, and that's the reason why the battle is fierce. If you are so insignificant, the devil will never come after you. The pressure is a sign that there's something about you. He's aware. God is aware. The only one who is doubting is you. So wake up, Doubting Thomas, and smell the coffee. But in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Verse 2 now: And the earth was without form and void. Two projects, one was a failed project. And, um, what was there again? Darkness. The, the real word there is the, the darkness was on the face of the deep, and then the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of what? The waters. So in the beginning, that's, that's, that's, that's very serious one. God made— we are discussing priesthood, and that's where we are going. Well, it's just to understand the unique times that we are in. Made the heavens and the earth, right? Who did it?

The word made there means fashioned, means created, means he finished. Was that— that's the word used there. But the Bible now says that, you know, it just sounds like it's just a normal scripture. Now the earth was without form and void, and then darkness upon face. What you are reading together, 1 verse 1, 1 verse 2, that's why you must not waste time. Because your life can be summarized in a verse. Don't waste time. Read the Bible. And they just changed my mic sound, so this one is draining me. Just put it back where it was. And you just look at a man's life, he summarized to, and this begat Because there's a flow, and depending on how you do yourself, you can get to a point where the only relevance you have to the big equation is your womb. So when you decide not to live for God, you have said, let's summarize my purpose in childbirth. Is that what many people want? To get some money, marry, give birth, and God will also come check in. Some of you are— you are— you are not enjoying the full dividends of salvation because you have summarized the package you are interested in. There are more possibilities in God than what you are— don't choose the small things, go for the big things in God. Through my life, nations will come to God. I didn't hear amen to that. Can I say it again? Say, through my life, nations will come to God. Say it again. Through my life, nations will come to God. You can desire more things. Now, when you walk through a street, 2 weeks after, anybody who passed through that place is getting healed. That's a package. How about that? That's better than some £10,000. So back to my flow of thought. In the beginning, God made the heavens and the earth, and the earth was without form and void. That is, to'oboho, without form, that is shapeless. And then void means empty, meaning if it's empty, it means there was a time it was full. Full of what? The Bible didn't give us the clue in Genesis. And but the Bible recognized that there's something there. Darkness was upon the face of the deep. Logically, we can tell that this darkness is not atmospheric because atmospheric darkness will be the presence or the absence of atmospheric light, and atmospheric light has not been made in this verse. So whatever the darkness is represents the personality that emptied the earth but could not empty the heavens. And as we find the rest in between the lines, as anchored by several prophets, particularly Ezekiel, and, um, some other guys picked it in between the lines. And by the way, Those guys, we'll have to investigate them. How will David speak about, um, unto us, okay, Isaiah, to us a child is born, to us a son is given, government will be upon his shoulder. When you hear all those kind of things, it doesn't look like it makes any sense. When you read it now, it makes sense. Those who are called to the office of the prophet, you must understand that bulk of your sayings may not make sense in your own lifetime. The, the, the, the haste or the, the sense of hurriedness to make quick sense will take you out of your calling. You can do your full assignment and nobody will recognize you, but a generation will have to visit your work. So you have to choose. Do you want to make sense to God or to men? I think I was sharing in Birmingham today when Bob Jones went to minister, and while he was ministering, he was praying, and by the Spirit he began to say, 'Macaroni and cheese, macaroni and cheese.' That doesn't make sense. Particularly in our corporate, highly organized world, that a man of God, highly revered servant of God, with his suit and tie, just asking, "Mac and cheese, are you hungry?" And he kept saying that for a while. So they wrote him a letter and then said, "Round up." And he left until a woman came out later to give testimony. The son had been sick. And she had cried to God. Many people had prophesied and prayed for the boy. I know the person coming is a prophet. God, if this is you, speak to him or through him in a way that you and I will understand. So when he said macaroni and cheese, he was calling the boy's best food. Sometimes even the prophet doesn't know what he's saying. To be a prophet means you have become a mouthpiece a puppet. Are you with me? I stand in that office, so I know there are times you say something and you ask, what did I say? There are people who come to the consciousness of their prophetic ordinations today. Any amen to that? Maybe— I think they're at the back.

Oh, praise God. Hallelujah. Say it again. Consciousness. Say it again. Consciousness. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was on the face of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. Verse 3 now. Then God said, let there be light, and there was. This is where the whole issue started from. God responded to the darkness and called forth light. Um, of course, follow the flow of thought. You know that this light is not sun. Somehow we can copy and paste what is in Genesis 1, 2, 3, and you discover that what we're experiencing now doesn't look to be far from what happened in Genesis 1, 3. The way it started is the way it will end. And the way God responded then is still the way he's responding now. What is his response to darkness?

Light.

That light looks far-fetched until Jesus came and said, FYI, you are the light of the world. You are. So when you see darkness, don't blame God. He has responded. And what is his response?

You.

So Paul captured it like this, said, for the earnest expectations of creation eagerly wait for what? The manifestation of the sons of God. In fact, I love the way the NIV says that, wait for the sons to declare their sonship. How do you declare your sonship? And I love the things he was saying about the areas Jesus bled. I love when he spoke about the foot. That's the place of dominion. So when he said that the serpent will bruise the heel of your seed, but your seed will bruise the head of the serpent, where we claimed dominion with his feet. Sometimes you might have visions and see revelations of Jesus, and you have no idea why you are fasting to see the feet. It is not because you are shown anything less. You are shown to come into dominion. Everything is symbolic. Wherever the sole of your feet steps, take the land. Jordan will part, but the priest carrying the ark must march in. Don't swim much. It is easy to want to swim, but you must step in. I'm going to drown. Step in. When you walk from today, you must be conscious that the kingdom of God is on two legs. Are you with me? Hey, are you with me? So what did God say in Genesis 1:3? Let there be light, and there was light. That was his response. Isaiah 60 from verse 1 also captured a bit of this in a different way. Let's see that scripture. Isaiah 60 from verse 1. Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. Yes, verse 2 now. Are you with me? For behold, what? The darkness, the same person, shall cover the earth. Is darkness covering the earth?

I was, I was flying from Glasgow to London City Airport. That's 2 days ago. You know, so some of us, some, some, sometimes I feel those of us in Nigeria, we overhype ourselves. Because sometimes you, you might assume that the one who is doing ministry— have you heard people say that the one who is doing ministry in the village is doing ministry where the devil is? No. So where, where, where, when he wrote the letter to the churches and said, I know your work, for you have your city where Satan's seat is. He's talking to those in cosmopolitan environments. What is in the village, you can cast it out. You can't cast out what is here. You build counter systems. This requires the strategic aspect of the kingdom plus power. I planted churches in villages. The one here, so I saw a woman, an elderly woman reading a book in front of me, and I saw the, the back cover of the book, two males kissing themselves. Reading in broad daylight, but the one who has the Bible feels it is a cake to read. And she was engrossed in the book throughout the flight. Darkness will cover the earth. Some of you don't even have an idea of what they are showing your children in school. You are hoping that they will be as intact as you took them there. Are you with me? Because a John can come back home and say, hello, Mommy, come, come, come closer. Say after me loud and clear: I am John. I am a boy. We switch to the African method because at that level that thing can still respond to some one or two. Take the one or two. Hey, I know there are some people who will say, what is he talking about?

Oh yes, it's not spanking, just one or two. Factory setting, resetting, just some adjustment. You know when they conk? You know there's knock and there's conk? Oba conk eh. Your head will find signal for a while and say, oh, don't know. Anyways, because what I'm saying now, you can't even say it in many places. Before you are done, they will shut you down. Say you have to wrap up your program now because you are something something phobic. Darkness is covering the earth, and this is not the kind of darkness that is witchcraft. This is more sophisticated. This one is darkness in suit and tie. Witchcraft is the lowest, very cheap. You are sleeping at night, something is pressing you, you wake up and say, hey, who are you? Easy meat. But this one— ah, may our eyes of understanding be enlightened. We've had many conversations along this line. Sometimes you see parents raising alarm. You can see a cartoon you are enjoying And all of a sudden, they just changed the character. Now there are two men married inside, and this is a cartoon for children. Rewiring orientation, giving them a new perspective, changing the normal. Darkness is covering the earth, gross darkness. The people. And when it is dark, nobody remembers arrangement. When it's dark, it's just confusion. There's confusion. People don't know what to do. People don't know what to believe or who to believe. Where to turn. It's confusion all over the world, and no nation is exempted. No nation is any better. That's the truth, because it's, it's something general. The speed may be faster in some places as compared to some places, but, um, they are catching up. There is a force that is closing in on us and trying to make us bend such that you get to a point where there are certain aspects of the truth you can't even say because you'll be cancelled. Believers are now afraid. And when you are scared, you try to fit in. Um, nobody wants to be canceled. If you are going to stand tall in your generation, you can't fit in. You will have to be ready for the smoke. They will come for you, and you must know that you were made for such a time as this. The days of crying, look at the way she talked to— eh, those days are over. You'll be confronted, you'll be lied against, and there'll be propaganda. Your name will be dragged in the mud. People will not know what is true or what is not true, and you will have to stand. The moment you make up your mind that you will represent the agenda of the kingdom, darkness will come for you. And you know the first people that will come for you, the first layer of darkness are Christians who don't know whose side they are fighting on. If you begin to say some deep things, the people that will insult you are unbelievers, it's Christians. Wisdom has levels. When you speak beyond the general level, they raise eyebrows. What was he saying? Is he trying to say, um, that there's a— there's a— all these Nigerian pastors? Have you heard that phrase before? The Ghanaians are saying Ghanaian pastors. The Kenyans are saying Kenya pastors. The South Africans are saying South African pastors. It is the spirit that hates the gospel. It may put nomenclature to it, but it is the same spirit. So now that darkness is covering the earth, God has responded. And what we are trying to do is to wake up the people that help is not coming from another quarters. You are the hope. You either get up or we are grounded. And that was what Mordecai told Esther. Hey, Esther, Esther, don't think that when this guy does what he wants to do that you will escape. You will not, you will not escape. You might feel you're in the palace, but it's going to touch you. All right, so don't, don't think you will escape. And, and you, you have to also understand that maybe God placed you there for such a time As this, ah, Esther said, okay, I will go and pray with my girls. You too go and pray for me. If I die, I die. If I perish, we will have to have the resurgence of such resolution that we are ready to break protocols on the account of what is at stake. And we're going to break ourselves into two camps. Um, let the intercessors intercede, let the ones placed in the palace do their work there. So it is important that the end-time church will not downgrade the role of influence because it's going to be one of the tools that God is using. So for some of you, you are Moses who is still learning in the palace of Pharaoh, but you'll have to still bring Pharaoh down. The system will first school you so that you can know how to destroy the system. So there's no— strategies has changed. In those days, people feel the calling, drop out of school. In these days, we finish, then we go for more studies, then we enter those sectors. We may not say in Jesus' name, but we are bringing his policies, because wherever there's darkness, light just needs to what?

I see God setting you apart for this season. So we, we, if we— you see, that's the frustration of the apostolic and prophetic movement. You know, Elijah represents the both. Malachi 4 says that before the coming of the great day of the Lord, I will send back Elijah. He straddled two. That's the apostolic and prophetic movement. Jezebel intimidated him, and God said— he said, he said, let me die, I'm not better than my fathers. So God said, eat first. Sometimes it's food you need. Things are not that bad. Um, you know, I've been traveling, traveling, traveling, so at some point I I said I miss the taste of the Nigerian pepper damala. I'm tired of boga. Oh God, may God bless this ministry.

So when God is killing you in an aspect, because there's a beast in that aspect you have to confront. Okay, how can the man carrying the oil to anoint Jehu destroy Jezebel, run from Jezebel? The anointing you don't deploy.. You will carry it and still be defeated. It is potent when you deploy. It is not enough to carry it. If it is a river, let it flow. Lift up your right hand, say it loud and clear. Say, I am anointed. There's nothing ordinary about me. See, I need an awareness, a level of consciousness.

I am anointed. There's nothing ordinary about me. This is my reality. I carry the power of the Spirit. Everywhere I step, the kingdom of God is right there. I represent the agenda of heaven. I am not normal.

We might be on jeans, but we still represent an agenda. We will not all look the same way. Some are— how do they put it now— some are conservative, but some are not. Some are radical. Some are radical. Some don't send. Some will straddle the fence and let me play safe. But there are some that you misunderstand because there are different departments in this thing. Somebody say, why do we have so many churches? Because the devil is not doing one thing, so there must be different structures deployed. And it doesn't matter what path you are, there is somebody anointed for your kind. Say it loud and clear, I am anointed.

Oh, Apostle, even you know all these teachings you pastors are teaching, 'If only you know the kind of family I came from, how that things are so bad. Uh, my father and my mother are not together. Um, they went through this and I suffered in this life.' God responded already. The response of God is, man, the only way you could wipe their tears is to make sure they give birth to you. So if they are still going through that problem, it is because a son has refused to mature as a son. The help of the house, as long as the child, differeth him nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all, but is made subject to tutors till he comes of age. You must begin to ask questions. Why are things like this? And what's my role in changing it? I would have loved to pause a bit and talk about consciousness, because sometimes the difference between men is not anointing, it's consciousness. Some are more aware than the other. I'm going to a place to plant a church, they say, eh, churches don't grow here, you know, churches struggle. That's the last time I'm talking to that person, because if you can affect my consciousness, you have affected the work. People who will change the narrative must have zero respect towards any limitation. I don't respect problems. I don't respect it. I don't dignify it. I don't. You respect the problems too much. Some people know so much about their sickness that they know about healing, and you hear them personalizing. This my sickness. When will you drop it? So darkness will cover the earth, gross darkness the people. So what's the devil trying to achieve now? The same thing he achieved then, to empty it, to cause commotion, to cause commotion in families, to cause commotion in systems, to cause commotion. In countries to cause commotions. Let me give you a word of prophecy, something I know like I know my name. One of the— so you, once you know this, okay, it's a common knowledge. One of the things you must realize in this season is that one of the potent grace available right now in this season is speed, because the agenda of the devil is running fast. So God is promoting sons who are ready. That's what is happening. And sometimes that you will have to queue doesn't mean you will not have started when it's not your turn. Time, time, time, time is not just the passage of moment. Time is pregnant. So when it is your time for something, it means all the conditions needed for that thing to work is loaded in that. That's why it's called Kairos. It's an appointed moment with different things. If there are destinies appointed for you to be a blessing to at a time, if you refuse to mature and miss that time, God will find them another leader. It will take somebody else misbehaving for God to say, okay, you didn't do yours, will you try this one? You have to do leftovers. Sometimes people are stranded. There's nothing as powerful as being on time. When you are on time, it will look as though you are the best. You are just on time when your resources are there, the things are there. May you be on time. They didn't say the amen well enough.

May you be on time.

May you be awake when you should be awake. May you enter when you should enter. So sometimes you are on time and the narrative of those around you is that you are in a hurry. Anybody who is not seeing the time with you, you can't take the advice. Sometimes they can't see it. They don't know the reason why you are doing what you're doing. And I tell you this, sometimes as a pastor, I just sense— we don't have the resources for this project, but I sense that the time has come. Yes, it means as far as the spirit realm is concerned, the time to kill Goliath came, but it was David who saw it. That Goliath will die in that battle, settled. Who will?

Some of you have hung around people whose soul belief system is directly against your original ordination. When Mary was pregnant, she needed to find someone carrying a pregnancy also by the Spirit.
