Now let me say this to you. Even as they raise that sound, then we'll play, we'll go to, all right, praises. Are you aware that praises and thanksgiving is one of the ways to wait upon the Lord? Yes, to wait upon the Lord in, in gratitude. Now let me show you a scripture. Now look at it. Isaiah chapter number— Isaiah chapter number um, chapter number 40. Isaiah chapter number 40. Let's start from verse 21. Says, have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told to you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth that it is he that sits upon the cycles of the earth, and the inhabitants therefore, therefore, are like grasshoppers? Is the one that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain and spread them as a tent to dwell in. Yeah, that bringeth the princes to nothing. He maketh the judge of the earth as vanity. Oh, now these are, these are very serious words. Now look at verse 7. That bringeth out their host by number. He called them all by names. He calleth them all by names, by the greatness of his might, for he is strong in power. Not one feareth. Now look at this, let me jump a bit to verse 29, okay? Let me jump to verse 29. Says, have you not known, have you not heard that the everlasting God, the Lord, the creator of the ends of the earth, Look at it. Faint not, neither is he weary. There is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint, and to them that has no might, he increaseth strength. Even the youth shall faint and be weary, and young men shall fall, but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. As we praise God, we are having renewal of what? Strength. We are mounting up. That's one of the ways to wait. You're in a waiting season, you wait out in gratitude, you wait out in praise, you wait out in honor to God, you wait out in adoration, you wait out in recognition of the one who sits upon the throne. Don't mix gratitude attitude and murmuring. The reason why the Israelites could not get to the promised land was because they could not stop murmuring. Many are too aware of their situation than the one who is able to bring them out. They are too aware, they are too aware of their situation. I want us this morning to thank him and bless the Lord of Hosts and bless the I Am That I Am and bless the one who lives forever ever. The one who is the Lord strong and mighty, the one who is the Lord mighty in battle. Who can be likened to you, Lord? Who can be compared to you? You are glorious in holiness, fearful in praise. You do wonders, you perform miracles. There's none like you, there's none like you. We acknowledge you today. We have come to return all thanksgiving to you. We have come to return all praise to you? Who can be likened to you among the kings of the earth? You're God all by yourself. Your outstretched arm has stretched out the heavens. Now look at this, in Exodus chapter number 19, God was reminding the Israelites. He said, remember how I brought you out of Egypt and bore you on an eagle's wings. Now let me beg us, don't be quick to accredit the results you are seeing to yourself. Those who recognize God as the force behind things, they get more testimonies. When the Lord has done it, don't be quiet. Rejoice, thank him, and never call the goodness of God coincidence. Okay, I want us to worship God and thank him this morning. We raise that sound. You're not a man, you're not a man, you're the God who opens doors no man can shut. God so loved you, he sent his only the begotten Son to this world to die for your sins. There is no sin too big, nothing you have done that is beyond redemption. The hand of God is outstretched to you wide for you to accept him today into your life and end all that the devil is trying to do with your life. 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, if any man be in Christ, a new creature, all things are passed away. And the Bible says all all things are new. May I announce to you that all things can be new today. How do you give your life to Christ? Believe that Jesus is the Son of God sent to this world to die for your sins, and he rose on the third day for your justification. And today he's extending his hands to you to accept him as your Lord and Savior. And all you have to do is to hold out your hands and say these words after me. Lord Lord Jesus, I believe that you came into this world to die for my sins. I believe that you died for my sins. I also believe that you rose on the third day for my justification. Today I accept you as my Lord and Savior, and I accept this gift of eternal life. In Jesus' name, amen.
