DAY 19 || 21 DAYS OF PRAISE || 26TH JULY 2024 || APOSTLE FEMI LAZARUS

The video captures a live worship session led by Apostle Femi Lazarus as part of the 21‑day “Days of Praise” series (Day 19). The service opens with a repetitive prophetic chant proclaiming that God is doing “something new,” urging listeners to open their eyes to spiritual renewal. The congregation joins in call‑and‑response chants, dancing, and testimonies. Apostle Lazarus intersperses the worship with prayers of healing—declaring wounds drying, vocal‑cord restoration, and viral disease reversal—while the participants respond with “Amen.” He then delivers an extended exhortation on the nature of prayer, describing it as an investment that sharpens the spirit, warns against prayerlessness, and cites Psalm 18, Psalm 80, and the Pentecost account to illustrate that praise precedes divine response. Throughout, he encourages practical engagement: dancing, sharing, subscribing to the YouTube channel, and promoting the “Streams of Life” ministry. The segment concludes with a transition to a sermon reading from Luke 18:35, signaling a shift from worship to biblical teaching. The overall tone is exuberant, prophetic, and instructional, aiming to inspire continuous praise, active faith, and digital community participation.

Can we go ahead this morning and bless the name of the Lord? Is the Lord strong and mighty? Is the Lord mighty in battle? Who can be likened to you, Lord? Who can be compared to you? You are glorious in holiness, you are fearful in praise. You do wonders, you perform miracles, you are God all by yourself, and we thank you. You are the covenant-keeping God, you are the prayer-answering God. Oh, there's none like you, Lord. We bless your holy name. Oh, we honor you, Lord. Oh, we honor you, Lord. We thank you. Blessed, blessed be your holy name. Reke sende ogoshe. In Jesus' name we're praying.

In Jesus' name we prayed.
Amen.
I perceive that there's going to be a lot of healings this morning. So you want to invite people right away, right away to join in, right away. I perceive that there's going to be a lot of healing. I'm seeing a wound that has refused to dry up. There's a wound that has refused to dry up. That wound is drying.
Amen.
That wound is drying.
Amen.
That wound is drying. If somebody who has an issue with the vocal cord, more like screeching, there's an issue that is being repaired as we speak. In the name of Jesus, it is being repaired as we speak. Viral issues, viral diseases, They have been reversed in the name of Jesus. Let's give Jesus praise one more time and thank you. Restore us, Father.
In Jesus' mighty name we pray.
Amen.
The Bible says that the word of the cross is foolishness to them that are perishing. You know, there is a way people can look so smart that they begin to feel that when you are praying, you are wasting your time. All right, and what they forget is that the spiritual controls the physical. That's the back end of life. They get to a point in life that requires knowledge of the back end, and they are stranded. Are you following what I'm saying here? Have you heard people say things like, since the day you've been praying, what has it translated to? Yes, sir. The answer is— the question is not— the correct question is not what has it translated to. The correct question is what is accumulating. Prayer is an investment. Are you with me? Prayer is what? Now let me tell you this, um, have you seen people who just have to make a decision between life and death and either of it will determine their fate? It will take the accumulation of energy of prayer to train your spirit to respond to God at the slightest movement, as against or for your feelings, and destiny is initiated. All right, a generation is trying to place premium on what is instant.
No.
That's not the way it functions. This parable Jesus told them to this end, that men ought always to pray and not to faint. Not to pray once in a while, you should pray. All right, you redeem the day because the days are full of evil. You should have respect to covenant, for the darkest place of this world is full of the habitation of cruelty, of wickedness. In Psalm 18, the psalmist says that I will call upon the Lord who is worthy to be praised, so shall I be saved from my enemies. He said, in my distress I cried to the Lord, and when the snare of death surrounded me, he said, he bowed the heaven and came down. Yeah, he rode upon the wings of the wind and he did fly. Darkness was his pavilion, smoke and hailstone came out of his nostrils. When we call God, he answers. He said, give here, you Shepherd of Israel. Psalm 80:1, you who dwell between the cherubims, ah, shine forth. You who lead Joseph like a flock, first and foremost. So he leads you. Then you who dwell between the cherubims, shine forth. When we call him, he answers. Are you following what I'm saying here? See, let me tell you this, don't be distracted by the confusion of this age. Any— the day man of God begin to speak against prayer, that's the day he stops speaking for God. Are you what I'm saying there? Pray, sir. Pray like your life depends on it. You have the opportunity to worship, worship God. You have the opportunity to dance, dance. The day faithfulness will be rewarded You may not even be able to trace when you did it. I feel I'm saying there, you cast your bread upon many waters. Now you are, you are casting here, casting here, like Bishop Ayo Oke said, a little shambalabala here and all that. You are doing all those stuffs like that, it will accumulate. Look at the life of a man who is not praying. Prayerlessness accumulates and it bet decadence. When you pray, you'll be sharp in your spirit. You'll be sharp in your spirit. Are you following what I'm saying here? You'll be sharp in your spirit. Praise God. I said praise God. Lift up your hand. I want you to thank God for PPC this morning. Thank you, Jesus, for an opportunity to pray right prayers. Jesus, for an opportunity to pray right prayers. Thank you, Thank you, Lord. Amen. I'm seeing somebody seated, and every time you sit, the fellow is adjusting, is adjusting. They— you don't— people don't know why. It's been discomfort for a while. Um, this is quite a— don't worry. This fellow, it looks like something wants to come out of your anus. You can't explain.
It's—
you, you are just adjusting. I'm seeing you adjust your seat like sometimes you go to bank, you are adjusting and adjusting. You people don't understand why. Whatever it is, it's dried up now.
Amen.
In the name of Jesus.
Amen.
Whatever it is, it is dried up now. Now listen to this. God loves praises.
Yes, sir.
He loves what?
Praise.
One of the secrets of ever-increasing promotion is to learn to praise God through your situation. Don't postpone your praise till your case gets better. Praise him. That's how it gets better. Testimony is not when your joy is full. Testimony is what makes it full. He said, I will testify of the goodness of the Lord in the congregation of the saints. I will speak of your wondrous work among my brethren. You see that when you learn to testify, that very act makes you joyful. Don't wait to say, when that bill is finally paid, ah, I will dance. No, dance. That's how it is prayed. Out of them shall proceed thanksgiving, the voice of them that make merry. I will multiply you, you will not be few. I'll glorify you, you will not be small. Are you feeling what I'm saying here? Yes, sir. Praise of God is not— you don't invite God to after party. You praise God, you honor him. As we are dancing, dance. Today is day what now? Friday, day 19. We've danced day 1, day 2. Every time you are looking like stone cold, you won't dance. They say, hey, Chuks, you are not dancing. Say, no, I'm dancing my mind. Really dance. You will rejoice this morning. Praise God. Now I'm going to be back to really pray because there's a burden that the Lord laid in my heart for you. So we're going to be back, you know, to pray for you about that. But I need you to rejoice this morning and just be grateful. All these spiritual activities we are doing, it will speak at the end. Now let me say this to you: the danger of prayerlessness is that even in the face of danger, you can't pray to save your life. There comes a time in a man's life— have you ever been as prayerless as Pap? You know, Eko, he doesn't smile, he doesn't frown, just there. You say, pray now, I'm telling you. So you— I've tasted the other side, and I know what I'm tasting now. I don't ever want to be there again. There's the— there's a way you're— you are not sharp until you pray through. And don't stop living on reserve fuel. Every time God is always showing light, light before you refill. Stop living on reserved fuel.
Pray.
What did I say?
Pray.
And as we are praising God, now look at this. On the day of Pentecost, when the Holy Ghost came, the men who heard them, the Medians and the guys who heard them speaking their own language, they said they heard them glorifying and magnifying God, meaning that the first activity of tongues is to give God praise. They didn't hear them asking for things. They heard them glorifying God. So you see this now, as we are doing what we are doing, it is a form of edification. Are you following what I'm saying? You will glorify God today. Magnify the Lord with me, let us praise his name. They push me out of choir so I might not— all right, we're in Akure. For a special Holy Ghost meeting today. Glory to God. All right, you will, you will sing, you will dance. And again, I want to thank God for Streams of Life, for the amazing life that has been flowing. All right, we are set this morning. I look forward to seeing you after the prayer session this morning. Make sure you dance. And by the way, like the broadcast, okay? Like it.

You go tell them, say now, we be Jesus. When the world is asking you Maybe you're in the church.
Maybe you're in the church. Can you do something crazy? Yes! We do not serve a dead God. We are saying, no, be so with the grace we are standing. Papa said it is— we have the covenant of grace. I want us in the next few seconds, get crazy, get crazy tonight. Anything, carry something, carry something. A separate message. What the— Everybody!
