DAY 8 || 21 DAYS OF PRAISE || 11TH JULY 2024

The live YouTube broadcast titled “DAY 8 – 21 Days of Praise” is a multi‑speaker worship and devotional session led by Pastor Femi Lazarus. The program opens with a high‑energy corporate worship segment where participants repeatedly declare God’s majesty, lay down crowns, and lift hands in praise. After the worship flow, Pastor Lazarus delivers a sermon centered on God’s enduring mercy, the covenant of sure mercies, and the theological significance of mercy as both a remedy and a sustaining power. He illustrates the point with a detailed exposition of Genesis 32, describing Jacob’s wrestling with the angel, the name change to Israel, and the symbolic sunrise that follows, using it to declare blessings over listeners’ lives. The broadcast then moves into an altar‑call segment inviting listeners to accept Christ, with a scripted prayer of confession and a QR‑code for follow‑up. Following the salvation invitation, Pastor Lazarus promotes a mentorship/leadership academy that will train 1,000 leaders over a year, urging viewers to join the next phase of discipleship. Throughout, there are frequent interactive moments—dance cues, audience shouts, media hand‑offs, and encouragement to share the broadcast link—creating a participatory worship atmosphere. The content ends with a final blessing and a reminder of tomorrow’s Igbo‑dance session.

Amen, amen, amen.
Good morning everyone, God bless and strengthen you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I'm always excited every morning, you know, as we come before the Lord, um, to, you know, raise voice of praise, um, sweet incense of thanksgiving to him. One thing is very certain, as I've always emphasized, we are not wasting time. You can be certain about that. We are not wasting time. All right, probably for the sake of those who have been wondering about the change in studio, so it's summer here in London. I'm returning back to Nigeria soon. All right, that's why it's very bright. All right, I just need to say that. But let me say this to you: as we come before the Lord in thanksgiving, in adoration, every morning with our needs, and yet to minister to him, we are not wasting time. Okay, sometimes I need to pinch you with that so you will not tire out, you know, on the way. Praise God. All right, can we go ahead this morning and give God thanks and just give him praise and appreciate him for all that he's doing, for his mercies that endures forever? If we are to be paying to voucher to afford mercy every day. There's none of us that can afford it, but his mercy is new every morning. He renews them. We've not finished exhausting the mercy of yesterday, yet he renews it. The Bible said he gives power to the faint, to them that have no might he increases strength. They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they will mount up with wings like eagles.
Glory to God!
Lift your hands to him and give him praise. He renews our strength daily. He renews his covenant with us daily. If it had not been the Lord who is on our side, what shall we say? It is because of God's mercies that we are not consumed. Now let me say this to you. If you have an idea of the number of people who greet you, oh, I celebrate you, I honor you, I do this, I do that who in actual fact can't wait to see you grounded. I'm telling you, you'll be shocked if you know the number of people who are saying we can't wait to congratulate you, we can't wait to rejoice with you, who in actual fact can't stand the day of your joy. I'm telling you, you'll be surprised. But yet in the midst of these both enemies and friendlies The mercy of God preserves you. By the time any of us will stand before God, and you will know the number of deadly things you have eaten and yet survived, the road that people have passed that they died, and you will pass and nothing happened, the things that have destroyed other people, and you will go through those situations intact. The sicknesses that have wasted people, and yet the mercy of God will bring you out. If many of you will know what mercy has done— and sometimes the question you want to ask is, why is God pursuing me with his mercy? What have I done to deserve daily benefit of God's mercy? The things that have destroyed people, I have survived it. Why is that? Everywhere I turn, he makes sure that his words will find me.
He makes sure. The Bible even says that he that breaks the hedge, the serpent will strike.
Maybe I've made mistakes quite a number of times, and yet by his mercy alone, he didn't allow me to be consumed. In Romans chapter number 9, he said, I will have mercy 'On whom I will have mercy on, and compassion on whom I will have compassion on.' It is because of God's mercy that we are still standing. And if for that alone, this morning I want us to be grateful and say, 'Thank you, Daddy, for your mercy that endures forever. Thank you, thank you for your goodness.' Thank you for your hand. Thank you for your compassion. Thank you for your grace.
Thank you.
Thank you for covering me with your glory. Even a moment I deserve to be exposed to the cold of life, but yet your glory has shielded me. Ah, thank you. All right, let's lift our voice this moment and thank him. And give him praise. Let's thank him. Let's honor him. Let's thank him. Let's bless his holy name. Oh, thank you, Lord. In Jesus' mighty name we're praying. Now maybe there's somebody here who feels that you, you have not been enjoying God's mercy because you are righteous and holy. So you feel, so what's there to thank God for? About mercy? Maybe mercy is for sinner. Let me show you two scriptures. 2 Corinthians 4 from verse 1 says that, seeing therefore we have ministry, having received mercy, we faint not. Mercy is now therefore not just a remedy when you trip. Mercy is the equipping of God to keep you from fainting. It keeps you. Hebrews 4:15-16 says, for we have not an high priest who cannot be touched with the feelings of our infirmities, seeing that he was in all points tempted like we are, and yet without sin. Now verse 16 says, let us now therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in times of need. So the first provision of grace is mercy. There is nobody that can do life without the mercy of God. The mercy of God is not just a remedy when you trip, it keeps you in this, in the will of God. He said, this my sure mercy I will not take away from David my servant. He said, if his children forsake my law and refuse to walk in my covenant, I will chastise them, but my loving kindness will I not take away. One of the covenants God has made with us in this house is the covenant of God's sure mercies. The covenant of God's sure mercies. All right, it is the mercy that speaks better things. It is the mercy of God that endures forever. Lift your right hand and say, Father, thank you for your mercies. Thank you for your grace. Thank you for your help. Thank you for your goodness. Towards me, towards my life. Thank you for always bringing me back. Thank you for your restoration. Always I'm so grateful. Thank you, Father. We bless your holy name. In Jesus' mighty name we are praying. All right, glory to God. I'm excited. All right, let me tell you one of the secrets God has shown me early is covenant practice. Praises like this, many things. All right, we are going again to dance and give God praise. I want you to share the link of this broadcast, invite someone to join us as we are dancing and praising God. We are not wasting time. All right, type it everywhere: I am not wasting time singing praises to the Lord. Glory to God. So we overhand over to our media We bring songs of praise, thanksgiving, dancing, and rejoicing. Don't forget, we're already counting down the second half of this year, and one of the promises God gave to us is that it will be more glorious than the first half. Glory to God. All right, invite someone to join. You yourself, make sure you rejoice even as we are also behind the scene here rejoicing and giving God praise. See you after the prayer session for the blessings session. God bless you! Media over to you now.

Aka reseba for head. Now I want you to do something crazy for the Lord. Just kata this place as an act of worship.
Amen, amen, amen, amen.
So sorry I have to interrupt again. What an awesome time in God's presence. And I want to really say this, I want to commend everyone that is commenting and showing that you are following while the praises was on. That's, that's phenomenal. Glory to God, glory to God. Thank you, Jesus.
Thank you, Lord.
Can we lift our hands and say together, thank Thank you, Jesus. I want us to say it again. Thank you, Lord. Those who are dead cannot praise God. The voice of those who have gone to silence cannot be heard. We have the opportunity and the privilege to praise God. Let's give him praise. Let's thank him. Let's thank him. Let's thank him. Let's thank— we give you praise, Lord, in In Jesus' name we're praying. Now, as the praise was going on, the Lord reminded me of Genesis chapter number 32. Genesis chapter number 32 was when, um, Jacob finished wrestling with the angel, and the angel asked him a very important question, which the question signified that that was an opportunity that God was giving to him to get his way right. And many times we think that question was simple. What the angel asked was, 'What is your name?' The last time he was asking for the blessing blessing. The same question was asked by Isaac: What is your name? And he said, my name is Esau. Now the angel asked him, the exam you failed then, I am giving you the opportunity to answer again. What is your name? And with shivering lips he said, my name Is Jacob.
Good.
Then the angel said, from today your name will no longer be Jacob but Israel, for as a prince you have strength both with God and with men. I see God changing somebody's name name this morning. I see somebody receiving brand new identity. I see somebody receiving the opportunity to be able to get right what you have missed before. I see somebody receiving the opportunity to be able to get accurately what you have missed before. I I decree and declare in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, you will not miss the opportunities of this season, in the name of Jesus. Now the Bible also said when he had made finish with the angel in specific terms The Bible said the sun rose for him. Now that, that was not casual. I pay attention to details when reading the Bible, meaning that until that day he was in a form of darkness. I decree and declare anyone who has been going through life in dark, today the The sun is rising over you in the name of Jesus. The sun is rising over your marriage. The sun is rising over your children. The sun is rising over your career. Is rising over your health. The sun is rising over your future. The sun is rising over every aspect of your life. I bless you from the depth of my heart. Be blessed. When you touch it, it will work. You will not do life in obscurity. The Lord himself will hold you strong. I bless you again, and I say be blessed. Grace is multiplied to you in Jesus' mighty name we have prayed.
Amen.
I sense an anointing while I was speaking, and I know some Some of you sensed it too. Whatever you just received now is not casual. Something followed it, and the hand of God rest upon you mightily. We will see the result. We'll come back to testify. Let me give you an instruction: whatever the Lord asks you to do, do it in this season and beyond this season. As long as it is the Lord, do it, and the hand of God rest upon be upon you mightily in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
All right, um, till tomorrow again. But just give me a minute.
The moment this video is over, there is a, an altar call video.
Just a minute to be a part of it. And if you have not given your life to Christ, don't go yet. You've got to see that. And then you see the mentorship invitation video. I can't wait to have you on board. I love you so much. That's the reason why we are making this platform available so we can communicate everything that we have to you. The Lord bless you so much. We are back again tomorrow to rejoice and to dance in God's presence. All right, tomorrow is Friday and I can't wait. All right, that's the final last day we meet in the week, so prepare. I think we are going to do some Igbo dance tomorrow. I just say that, right?
God bless you so much. Thank you very much.
See you tomorrow.
Bye-bye.
Today is the day of salvation, and you know what that means. It is the day for you to accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior. God so loved you, he sent his only begotten Son to this world to die for your sins. There is no sin too big, nothing you have done that is beyond redemption. The hand of God is outstretched to you wide for you to accept him today into your life and end all that the devil is trying to do with your life. 2 Corinthians 2 Corinthians 5:17 says, if any man be in Christ, a new creature. All things are passed away, and the Bible says all things— may I announce you that all things can be new today. How do you give your life to Christ? Believe Jesus is the Son of God sent to this world to die for your sins, and he rose on the third day for your justification. And today he's extending his hands to you. Accept him as your Lord and Savior, and all you have to do is to hold out your hands and Say these words after me. Lord Jesus, I believe that you came into this world to die for my sins. I believe that you died for my sins. I also believe that you rose on the third day for my justification. Today I accept you as my Lord and Savior, and I accept this gift of eternal life. In Jesus' name, amen. May I announce to you, if you have made that decision, that there is There's so much joy in heaven right now. Angels are rejoicing and there's so much joy.
