FESTIVAL OF LIFE || DAY 2 || 13TH JUNE 2025

The YouTube live stream captures Day 2 of the Festival of Life 2025 held in Abuja. Hosts Auntie Michelle Jordan and Adepojola open the broadcast, energising online viewers and prompting live comment interaction from Light Nation branches worldwide. The program interweaves interviews with recent graduates – Rosemary Okubo (Light Academy) and Lara Yusuf Fashowe (International School of Ministry) – who share personal testimonies about the transformative impact of the training, their expectations for the day’s word, and their anticipation of a prophetic shift. The hosts repeatedly promote Light Nation’s educational pathways (Light Academy, ISM) and encourage sign‑ups, while also announcing awards for branches (Branch of the Year, Creative Branch, Steward of the Year). A worship segment follows, featuring spontaneous prayers, chants, and congregational singing that emphasizes God’s mercy and presence. Mid‑stream, Dr Olukunle Olufemi Lazarus (Femi Lazarus) presents the Light Nation Community Groups, outlining its vision, touch‑points, current branch map (Abuja, Ibadan, Lekki, Kajah, Kano, UK, etc.), and the goal of providing a “home far away from home” for members. The broadcast concludes with a call to worship, celebratory chants of the organizer’s name, and a final invitation to experience God’s presence during the service. The content is highly enthusiastic, promotional, and community‑focused, aiming to strengthen engagement, celebrate the 7‑year anniversary, and drive enrollment in Light Nation programs.

Hello, babe, how are you?
Very well, thank you.
Would you want to introduce yourself for us?
All Right, my name is Rosemary Okubo from Light Nation Kano.
Sorry guys, can you hear that? Her name is what? Rosemary Okubo from Light Nation Kano. How are you doing tonight?
I'm very well.
I'm excited. So just very quickly, what has been your highlight? I know we've had only just one day, but what has been your highlights?
All right, from yesterday, I would say the performance by Christos Ami. I mean, beyond the drama and everything, the words were so deep and it communicated a lot. So I would say that like the peak of yesterday's performance for me.
You know, sometimes I used to ask myself, like, God, give me talents now, because is it not my mates that are acting on this stage? But then I'm here talking to you guys today, so I'm guessing I've decided that that's my own talent from God. So what are you looking forward to in Festival of Life? I mean, today is day 2. Is there any specific thing that you're looking forward to? Do you have a prayer point? Did you come here with an expectation? So let's hear.
All right, I would say that I'm looking forward to the word that's going to come tonight, because I believe that I'm gonna receive my word.
Yes.
And as I'm also looking forward to the word of prophecy that will be coming from Apostle tonight, I look forward to receiving the shift for the new season.
Yeah.
Oh, she looks forward to receiving the shift from the news for the new season. You know that we are celebrating our 7th year anniversary, and of course, as we step into every new year, it comes with a new Shift. And I'm so glad that Rosemary Okibo—
Okubo—
Okubo is looking forward to a shift in this season. Thank you so much, ma'am.
Thank you.
Would you be graduating? Did you go through, um, ISM or Light Academy?
Light Academy, actually.
Okay, let's hear about your experience.
All right, I would say that this Light Academy, I think 8 to 10 weeks of teaching, has been a transformative one because I lead in my church, I'm the HOD of media, but then this gave me a new perspective to leadership. It me how to handle people. You know, people can— they are different people, and how to handle them, how to make things work even if people are not really willing to, how to manage people and manage time, and also build myself as a leader.
Amazing. That is one of the graduates— I do hope I got that word correctly— from Light Academy. Thank you so much, ma'am. We are so grateful. Thank you to have you here. Thank you. So yes, So thank you very much. Yeah, I would love to see you graduate soon.
Thank you.
Congratulations.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hey guys, we are back, and the first thing I'm going to say is yeah! Oh yes, I'm sure that she knows what that means. Hello, ma'am. I must say congratulations.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
3 weeks. I'm gonna allow you to do your introductions first before I go into that. How are you?
I'm very well, thank you.
So can you introduce yourself? I'm doing very well, thank you very much.
So I'm Mrs. Lara Yusuf Fashowe, and I'm a 2025 ISM graduate.
Oh, and she's a 2025 ISM graduate. In case you are wondering, ISM is the International School of Ministry. It was 10— no, 3 whole months of learning, or learning, relearning, teachings, projects, assignments. I mean, how was the journey?
Wow.
Um, in a nutshell, I'd say ISM is a— is an opportunity for you to, um, revisit what you actually do in terms of your life's purpose. It was challenging but very rewarding, and it's a well-structured, well-thought-through program.
Oh, amazing! It is a well-structured, well-thought-through— or thoughtful, rather— program. So if you are— if you are wondering, should I sign up for ISM? This is your cue. Yes, please sign up for the International School of Ministry. I mean, wouldn't you like to show up like this. Look at her in all her glory. So just tell us, what are your expectations for Festival of Life 2025? I mean, aside your graduation, what else are you looking forward to?
Um, first and foremost, I'm just looking forward to having the presence of God here, the Holy Spirit being here. And judging from yesterday's performances and yesterday's drama and the word, I know it's just going to to exceed all our expectations.
Oh yes, it is definitely going to exceed all our expectations. I am sure that God is set to do amazing and mighty things in our midst. I mean, the team is Sure Mercies of David, and I'm sure that from now going forward, we're going to keep— we're going to experience more of God's mercies. And of course, he's never gonna leave us. He never has, and he will never Well, so ma'am, again, from the bottom of my heart, I must tell you a hearty congratulations.
Thank you.
And I must say that you look amazing.
Thank you, so do you. You look gorgeous.
So do you all hear that? Thank you so much, ma'am. Thank you for gracing the red carpet. We're so grateful to have you, and I'll be sure to shout, give you a shout out when it is time for your graduation.
Thank you very much.
Thank you for having Yes, you heard from a graduate from Light Academy, and now you just heard from a graduate of the International School of Ministry.
Yeah.
And see, if you are thinking, should I sign up? This This is your time to sign up. I mean, of course, we have 10 weeks in Light Academy, 8 to 10 weeks in Light Academy, and 3 months in ISM, the International School of Ministry. So if you're thinking, if you have it in your head to sign up, we are saying, and it's going to be very impactful, master.
Yes, because it's going to be back to back. Most of the people that graduated from ISM, they have a whole lot of things to say. I personally have a few friends that graduated from ISM. ISM, and honestly, like, they can tell you details of like the things that they learned, a whole lot of like— it was very impactful. Like, so like she said, if you have been considering, if you've been thinking, debating in your mind, should I, should I, should I not, this is your sign. Definitely ISM is going to impact your life.
I mean, I want to give a testimony because I, I enrolled in ISM too, but let me know, let me know, let me know.
Tell me about this.
Hey, it was such an amazing time. You know, when, when we signed up, we didn't know what exactly it was.
They never know.
I mean, in Apostle— one of Apostle's classes, right, he was saying, oh, you guys, this is an actual school, this is an actual school. I said, eh, sure, it's good. All of us went to uni, we went to university.
I'm sure that we can shock them. That's what they all say, that. But, but no, it's not going to be bad, but definitely it's going to be impactful.
Yeah, very, very impactful. I mean, my life changed, my conversations were transformed. Of course. I mean, I was even shocked when I was having conversation with people and I was, you know, giving them from what I learned. I said, let me be this time. Okay, so let's go to the comment section.
Let's hear from people.
Yeah, Kristana says she's from Light Nation, Port Harcourt.
Hello!
You must know Kristana.
Yeah, yeah, Light Nation people, my people, we are rapping.
We have Light Nation USA with us.
Hi, Prisca!
Hello!
This is her first Festival of Life. Hello, Belinda! I hope that you'll be having a great time with us online. Would you want to, you know, read through some of the comments?
Luchi Creative says day 2, like everybody's so pumped for day 2. Day 2. Wisdom Race is so pumped for day 2. Yeah, equally so pumped up. How can you not be pumped? Like, did you see yesterday? Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I said we've not even talked about what happened yesterday. Let's brief you guys on what happened yesterday. Start with the opening ceremony.
Yes, everyone, if you've not watched, go and rewatch it. You need to rewatch it. I beg you, go and watch the drama. The well-taught, well-put-together drama. Hey, so you know, um, streams of life coming somewhere in there. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Those women drumming, that Big Bing was giving 3D.
Let me confess, a friend of mine texted me that moment, ah, these people are being drama.
No, no, no, I feel like those people are so talented.
It was like well put together. I can only but imagine the amount of time, hey, the practice, hey, everything. It was a lot into it. And you know when they come, the fire. Yes, guys, if you don't know, they, they did— the church was literally on fire.
Watch the video.
I mean, we are Long Nation.
Hello, I said That was nice.
That was good.
Yes.
So what do you want to tell us about the word? Oh my goodness. Ah, Kela Ruta Baliata. Hey, hey, no, no, no, no jokes. But the message was— I feel like that message was for me because when Apostle said that peace might not necessarily mean a mercy, might not necessarily mean peace of mind. Yeah, my head did ping when Apostle said, um, you know, get ready for the kind of peace that comes with war. Ah, I think Apostle I wish I want this, but honestly speaking, it gets to that point where, you know, you're refined. Yeah, like, I'm not looking— it's Jesus or nothing. Yes, it's God or nothing at this point there. Whether it favors me, it doesn't favor me, I'm gonna follow God. That's what is mercy. Mercy might not necessarily mean peace. Yeah, but it means that you're on God's purpose, you're working on God's purpose for your life, you're on God's will for your life. And like I tell you, that's the most important thing because I cannot even begin personally my whole life, it's like literally God's mercy. So that's why I said when that message— that message was for me. My name is for me. You preached for me. You preached for me. The service yesterday was wonderful, and today, if you—
if you—
let's teach them about the awards now.
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, how can I forget?
Yesterday was— yesterday was—
people became millionaires yesterday. I've already dropped my—
please, how many millionaires in the house?
Have you cashed your check yet.
My name is Auntie Michelle John. I'm wearing a black dress. You can look for me today in service.
I said, yeah, I dropped my account.
Enlight Nation, honor is a very big thing for us.
Yes.
And we have to honor those who have been consistent in serving in the house of God.
Yes.
We had all the— we had awards for branches. We have Branch of the Year, Most Creative Branch of the Year. We awarded Stewards of the Year in different branches. So, so, Winner of the Year.
I mean, did you see the way the pastor hugged that person?
I would say it wasn't a hug.
Guys, you missed yesterday and you really need to go back to watch it. See, today promises to be amazing. Today promises to be awesome. We have, you know, we have some people graduating.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, we do have the International School of Ministry graduates.
Yes, honestly, we have those from Light Academy. Yeah, and I, I wonder, I mean, I must say a big shout out to all of you graduating today. So let's go back to the comment section. Yeah, so we have people watching from South Africa. Hello, We see you, we love you, thank you so much.
Let me read this comment. Wisdom Rib says, I cannot recover yesterday, it felt like Christmas Day, it felt like my birthday.
I'm telling you, I felt like I was in an international event, like I was in an international award session. Oh yeah, Christina says, shout out to all ISM students, we came, we saw, and we conquered.
No, you guys, yes, you guys, because you guys really conquered, you guys did amazing.
We did conquer, we from Bayelsa. We have Akono— I, I hope I do pronounce that correctly—
from—
hello PPC family, we see you in the comment section. We have, um, the Jazz Talk Show from Light Nation, Abiokuta. Thank you all for joining tonight. We're going to be switching over to service, um, soon enough, and we just want you to just drop your expectations. What are you expecting from day 2? What are you expecting from Festival of Life 2025? And I mean, sure mercies of David.
Tell me, tell me in a minute, what are you expecting from today's service?
See, when I saw the team, the only thing I had in my head was, who is David?
That's so inspirational.
Who is David? Like, for you to even understand the entirety of the team, you need to understand the personality of David. And I think Apostle did a little justice to that yesterday. And for me, see, Festival of Life is always that, that one event that transforms the rest of my year. And I'm looking forward to getting my word from God and, you know, just running with that word for the rest of the year. And 7 years anniversary, 7 years, the number of perfection and completion.
Yes, honestly, guys, might I say that at the end of Festival of Life, we can now say Happy New Year! Happy New Year! Happy New Year!
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year!

Hallelujah, hallelujah! Please have your seat in God's presence. I'd like to welcome us to the day 2 of this program once again, and I'm sure that we are having a good time in God's presence. Media, please help me. I'm here to do a short assignment, and I need the media to help me with my slide. Media, please help me. My time is counting already.
Ready?
How did we get here? Media. All right, good day, good day everyone. I'd like to welcome you once again to this program. I'm here to, on behalf of the Light Nation Global and our expression arm for the community groups, I'm here to make a presentation to you. And my name is Dr. Olukunle Olufemi Lazarus, and I'm the privileged Global Director of the Light Nation Community Groups. Are you excited to hear that?
Amen.
On my third slide, please kindly move with me, media. Thank you. So a brief one about us. The Light Nation Community Group is this expression of Light Nation generally that that houses the professional and the social expression that we have. What that means is when it comes to Light Nation, you are not alone. So we do this because we want to give you a home far away from home. What that means is professionally you're not standing alone, and you get to see in the course of this presentation what God has done for us in the last couple of years in terms of the opportunities God has given to us and presence that we have that God has Blessed us with. Next, please. And we have a vision, and vision that God has given to us through our set man, that's Apostle Femi Lazarus. Please put your hands together for him and Pastor Miracle Femi Lazarus. The vision here is to make sure that every member of Light Nation is catered for, just like the issue we have in the book of Acts of the Apostles chapter 6, where the widow said that they were forgotten in daily administration. However, for Light Nation community groups, we ensure that everybody is well catered for, that your needs are properly met. And I'd like to talk to you about our touch points. Our touch point talks about the various centers where we are actively present, but some places we are passively present at the moment, but we trust God that very soon— now you can see there on the charts Abuja, but predominantly Ibadan. Can you put your hands together for the Ibadan branch represented here? We have the Lekki branch. We have the Kajah branch. Also we have Kano, UK, and the Loring. Apologies to the branches excluded from here. We hope that by next day we'll be able to capture you in our presentation. Next slide. Our expressions— I'd like to talk to you about how we express ourselves as a community.
