Can we give him thanks? Now hold on a minute. Do you know how much it costs for the hospital to give you oxygen for a day? Do you have an idea of how much it costs? Maybe somebody wants to buy a kidney. There are nations that people want to do kidney transplant, or maybe even liver transplant, or maybe even any organ transplant, that you have to be on queue for 3 years. And by the way, by the time you hear the amount of the kidney that you are using too free of charge, that some will even travel to some from countries to go and sell their kidneys. Ah, some of the most powerful things in this world are free. Imagine if water is the most expensive thing, only the rich will survive. But it is in his mercy so that he has preserved us. Now, um, today one of the very strong burdens that the Lord placed in my heart that we're going to pray about first first before we pray about other things. And that's a story of the woman whose husband died and had just a child, and she decided to— not to remarry, but to pour all the love love that she had for that husband into that child. The child finished university, and she did all she could, gather wood, sell what she could sell for the boy to go to London for master's. Share that story with you before. The boy went, occasionally will write letters home. It was in the days of letters, and we, you know, send the letters to the— I know some of you Gen Zs can't know what it means to be born in the days where you have to send letters from Kano to Lagos, and then you come and read the letter for the entire family. Anyways, it was in the days of letters. The boy will send letter, the mother will read, will write back. And finally finished his own studies. It was not just days of letter, it was the days that Nigeria was good, that when you go to study in London, you really went to study and come back home. I'm not saying anybody is Japan, all right? But so he came back home to work. Families came to receive their loved ones at the seaport. Came out of the sea waving to the mother. They were excited to see each other. She was there. Imagine a poor widow, all her life investment was that boy. As the boy was coming down from the stairs, he missed his step, fell into the water. Search for him, day one Day 2, day 3, was nowhere, absolutely to be found. She saw her joy right in front of her, and that joy was turned to sorrow immediately. We are up against a very, very, very wicked world, and there's no such thing as the devil should know that I've suffered, I deserve to enjoy. There is no such thing. I, I heard this story from Daddy Joe, and he shared with us how that every blessed day this woman will wake up in the morning and will go to the river in the village, because she had to go back to the village without her son. Imagine the villagers knowing that she was going to receive her son, and now she came back empty-handed. She'll go to the river every morning and begin to use bowl to scoop water with tears. When they ask her, what are you looking for? What's going on? Say, I'm looking for my son. Two prayers we are going to pray. Prayer number one, and I want you to pray this prayer like your life depends on it, because it does. May my joy not be turned to sorrow. May my rejoicing not be turned to tears. Father, may my joy not be turned to sorrow. Help me, I beg you, in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Pray that prayer like your life depends on it. You know the kind of tears that is not just tears, it is full of ah, yeah, ah, where do I— that's, that's the kind of sorrow you can't even place. The only thing people could do was to try to hold her. What happened to this woman? Quickly interrupted them. That was the body of her son lying down on the slab. He had an accident. Only son, no husband. Iboni kinti bere. Where do I start from? That was her statement. The kind of sorrow that will begin to make you ask, where do I start again from? You will not experience it. Maybe you are not interested in that prayer. But again, I decree the kind of sorrow that will make you start asking, where do I start from? You will not experience it. I want everyone everywhere to get up on your feet. Everyone, there are two important prayers you have to pray now. Again, Lord, every arrow of sorrow that the devil is trying to launch at me or my family, let them become nothing. But for you to have experiential relationship with it, you must learn how to put it on your lips, because the devil will fight your mind so that you can doubt about it. People barely— recent times I just noticed, people barely pray on a personal note for length of days. People barely rebuke. Some of you feel maybe to pray for yourself is carnal. No, pray for yourself. I tell you, pray for yourself.

Pray because your life depends on it. Are you following what I'm saying here? Pray for yourself, all right? Because many of the people saying we are praying for you, they are not praying for themselves, talk less of praying for you. So you have to learn to pray. Are you following what I'm saying here? I saw a video. It was a very, very disheartening one. Two animals were fighting, um, maybe a deer. I can't remember which one. I think a deer. Two deer were fighting themselves. And while they were busy trying to beat themselves, what they did not realize was that an ihebichita, that's the cat family, was sneaking on them. And it was so— all the cheetah needed to do was just to pick one because they are just busy fighting themselves. There are families who are busy fighting themselves while the real enemy is just closing in to devour There are just distraction. And most times, I mean, and I tell you, I've been doing what I'm doing now for a while, be a short while, but anything you have done for some 14, 15 years is not a joke. And I've seen that at least 70% of the places where you see disaster, there was destruction. Destruction of offense and of strife. I want to beg you in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. First, place your own hands on your head and plead the blood of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. Then plead the same thing over your family. Over your siblings. One of the most strategic prayer that I have seen to be from experience all-encompassing, and many believers don't pray it, is the prayer of mercy. If many people know the efficacy of it, you pray that prayer all the days of your life, because mercy is one thing God cannot refuse his children. He renews his mercy every morning.
