Now yesterday while we were praying, I told you that in engaging spiritual warfare there are 3 dimensions you must understand, all right? The number 1 is the power in the name of Jesus. All right, that is the name given to us that is actually above all names, that at the mention of the name of Jesus, all knee shall bow. It is the power in the name. The second is the power in the blood. All right, the power in the blood. You see, um, the blood of Jesus is not just that which is shed for many for the remissions of sin. Um, the blood of Jesus also represents a legal tender. And let me give you a bit of historical background. You know, before many of the things that were done in New Testament were done, the Old Testament was described, described as the type and the shadow of the good things to come. So take a look at this. While the Israelites were in Egypt, before they will exit the land of Egypt, God said, now I'm going to give Pharaoh the final punch. Some other scripture says that the final blow All right, it says that I will cause the angel of death and destruction to pass through Egypt and then give the Israelites a commandment that they should kill, all right, a ram and then strike the blood top of their doorposts or the side. Says because when the angel of death and destruction pass over through Egypt, when the angel sees the blood, it will pass over. In fact, that's where the Passover came from, all right. And that's why Jesus is described as our Passover Lamb. So let me explain. When the angel sees the blood either on the top of the post or on the side of the post, the angel of destruction leaves because the blood there is a sign that somebody already died. So that blood becomes a legal tender. Are you following what I'm saying? So when the Bible says that, um, even the lawful captives of the mighty shall be delivered, that talks about those who are in captivity and the devil has a legal reason for keeping them there. I need to give a bit of background so we don't pray empty prayers. And while I'm doing so, invite someone to join the broadcast. Like the broadcast, like it, okay? And then share. Don't just hide, comment once in a while, okay? Now look at this. So when the angel of death— and so he talked about the lawful captives of the mighty now. So who is a lawful captive? The one that the devil or demons has something legal that they are standing on, that is, upon which this fellow, all right, is now being detained. Are you following what I'm saying now? And you wonder, what is this? They have become lawful captives of the mighty. Is that simple enough? So, but the Bible says that even the lawful captive The captive of the mighty shall be delivered, and the prey of the terrible shall be set free. So when there is a legal matter, the only thing that can get the job done is a legal tender. Now many believers try to open many doors, try many keys. You need to understand, you need to know when to switch to use the blood, because now according to Hebrews 12, Hebrews 12:24 says, and to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than the blood of Abel. The blood of Abel is speaking judgment. Why? Because Cain was guilty. The blood of Jesus speaks better things. What is the better things? That I already paid the price. Justice. All right, you understand? The blood of Jesus is not God escaping the price. The blood of Jesus is God escaping you and then making Christ— saying that Christ has been punished for the offense. Through one man's sin came to the world and death through sin. How much more by one man's obedience will life flow? I just paraphrased now, don't get me wrong. So there are times that curses has moved, has been passed on an entire lineage through one man's offense. You must understand that the blood that we are talking about is the blood that speaks better things. You should be proud that you are under the covering of the blood of Jesus. Are you with me now? So what are the things we want to deal with this morning? We want to deal with legal battles, legal issues. Somebody is tied down in his sickness, and what the devil is holding this person to is what the person did wrong. Is there a remedy? Yes. Even the lawful captives of the mighty shall be set free, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered. What is the tender? The blood. Are you learning something? Now I want you to get up on your feet wherever you are. Every problem that is going on in my life that is a product of lawful captivity, or any lawful case that the devil is holding against me, this morning I plead the blood of Jesus Christ. Listen to what I'm saying, listen to what I'm saying. You'll pray it like this: I plead the blood of Jesus over my life, over my health, all right, over my endeavors, over my family! Blood of Jesus— go ahead lift your voice loud and clear praying... Lift Your Voice Loud And Clear Praying I plead The blood Of JESUS This Is THE BLOOD THAT SPEAKS BETTER THINGS Oh! The blood of Jesus— it speaks over my life; He speaks about my health; It speaks on My finance; It speaks over My family—the Blood of Jesus... The blood of Jesus. This is the legal tender that erases the debt that we owe. We truly owe the debt, but we can't pay, hence Jesus paid the price. Plead the blood, plead the blood. In Jesus' mighty name we're praying. I'm going to do something I've never done before. Before we continue praying, if you're under the sound of my voice and you are not giving your life to Christ, you are not under the insurance of that blood. All right, usually I would wait till the end before I call altar call, but I need to do so now. If you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you are not under the insurance of that blood because that blood speaks for those who have accepted him. You need to accept that sacrifice. Everywhere is just empty. Everything is— yes, particularly empty is the word, because you have been seeing these signs of emptiness, just feeling empty, just feeling empty. Just feeling empty. What's going on? Just feeling empty. I stretch my hands towards you in the name of Jesus Christ. Every feeling of emptiness is gone. Now listen to this, listen to this. One of the biggest blessings that can happen to a person is to know what to do by the Spirit. That demon of confusion, get your hands off! In the name of Jesus. You can be dangerously anointed, and yet a strange-looking devil has found a loophole to hang. You can brag about speaking in tongues and skabashing and the devil is also bragging about what they are doing to oppress your life. You can brag about doing 90 hours in tongues, and the devil is also bragging about oppressing you and messing you up. You can brag about going to church and hearing the word. And so what is the bragging right of this spirit? There is something you don't know. There's a niche they have built for themselves that is only working because of your ignorance. I charge every falsehood, you foul spirit from the kingdom of darkness, oppressing this person, oppressing this family, oppressing this child in the womb, oppressing this man. I charge you out in the name of Jesus. First, I bind you in the name of Jesus, and I command you, get out! Everything the Lord has not planted— there are people manifesting under the anointing as I speak. Everything the Lord has not planted in your body, I command them now, go and never return.
