GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2025 || MAKE A DIFFERENCE

This content was created by Femi Lazarus. This content was uploaded by Femi Lazarus. This is a YouTube video titled "GLOBAL LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE 2025 || MAKE A DIFFERENCE" (created 2025-04-26 UTC) containing an English keynote sermon/presentation by Apostle Femi Lazarus at a leadership conference. The speaker addresses an audience about overcoming inertia in personal life and organizational settings, church growth (joy, liberty of the Spirit, clear teaching), building systems and structures, leadership, culture and orientation, hospitality, consistency, and resource/knowledge gaps. He cites scripture (e.g., Jeremiah 30:19, Isaiah 60), gives personal examples and anecdotes, announces initiatives (e.g., a "Voice of Africa by Africans" platform), and prepares the room for a panel session. The excerpt includes interaction with a moderator/MC and brief responses from other on-stage participants (labeled SPEAKER B and named ministers such as Pastor Shagun, Reverend Shehu Gbawaolu, Pastor Kolawole Idowu), indicating a live conference setting with a subsequent panel segment.

So please be seated. Thank you. So, um, this morning I'm going to be, um, speeding. Is that okay? But there'll be so much to pick, um, so that we can go straight into, uh, panel session, so you want to pay attention. Praise God. So I told you yesterday that my focus will be on how to help you overcome inertia in your personal life. That is, how to make a difference in your personal life. Um, and I started by quoting Newton's law of motion, which some of us are quite acquainted with, that every object remains in a uniform state of motion or state of rest. Because sometimes you may think, particularly if you're dealing with elementary physics, that inertia is just about rest, or what the law speaks about is just about rest. No, it could be a uniform state of motion. That is, if this is moving from point A to point B at a speed of 10 meters per second, it will not drop or increase unless there's an external force either making it faster or slowing it down. Is that okay? That's what it's about. So when we are dealing with the subject of inertia, what I'm saying simply is that you may actually have a measure of success But there is still a need to overcome that initial success to break into something new. So you will never get into the new until you are tired of the old. That's where it begins from. You will never get into the new until you are tired of the old. And that's why you must learn to withdraw yourself from personal celebration so you can dig deeper. You see that? You must learn to. Um, every time I have the opportunity to mark my birthday, um, I have things I must mark before the season. I have things I must have seen in my life. And I don't believe that a new season is just a product of a new calendar year. I rate new seasons as product of new instructions. If there's no instruction for the season, I don't count it as a new season. So for instance, and what I want to say may look very funny, as far as I'm concerned, 2026 begins for me next month. Why? Because there are things I thought I was going to be doing in 2026, and God said move it now. You see that? He said, move it now. So I know that a new season is here by the quality of the instruction. It's the word. That's what changes our lives. So it means that if you are going to keep seeing changes, keep seeing progress, there must be something new you are acting on. There must be. Mark your life by that. Even in ministry, there must be church works. There must be. How do we move from this point to this point? So I remember 2021, 2021, I got tired. I just got tired. I got tired of what I was seeing. So I have my periodic season of shutdown to fast, to pray. To seek God's face. And I was at a place in Ibadan called Haiti. There, you know, I believe in what is called the Daniel Fast. Whenever I'm seeking God's face for wisdom for the next season, I go into Daniel Fast. Could be whatever number of days, just with vegetable and water to break till I'm done. All right, don't take it as a doctrine. But I came out with 3, because I was asking God for the secrets and wisdom for church growth. So I came out with 3 instruction or 3 wisdom from God. Says a vibrant church must have these 3 qualities. I wrote down the 3 qualities and came to church and told them that I found the secret of church growth.. And the proof that I found it was that we grew. What's the first secret the Lord revealed to me? Number 1: joy unspeakable, full of glory. But any church that will experience radical growth must be a place where there is joy. Jeremiah chapter number 30, verse 19. Jeremiah 30, verse 19. You want to note that scripture? Out of them shall proceed thanksgiving and the voice of them that make merry. I will multiply them, they shall not be few. I will glorify them, they shall not be small. Wow! So I found it, that once there is joy, there's going to be increase. So you want to rejoice this morning? Second secret I found is a vibrant church must be a place of liberty of the Spirit, where the Spirit of God is expressed unhindered. Liberty of the Spirit. Number 3, the word taught with clarity and simplicity. Now, as simple as that is, knowledge will not change you until you know the application. So, so you, you have to— and I just want to give you that, you know. And I'm going to say more things that I don't say anywhere, so you want to pay very keen attention this morning. So yesterday I began to tell you a few things that you should note. So I said it is important that anyone who is in a bad situation is aware. Many are in it but they are not aware. Why? Because they are blinded by their own light. I, and I want to say this, I don't read posts where people are hailing me. In fact, I don't read all those stuffs. I don't, so that my eyes can be set like a flint. All right, so I don't— oh, Apostle Lazarus is this, is tomorrow— you drag me because I'm going to touch you where you're at. So I really don't, I don't get carried away by all those stuff because you can be blinded by your own light. I'm always panting for more, always hungry for more, always digging for more, always asking questions, always. And that's the heart you must carry. We're going to keep seeing progress. Are you still with me? Number 2, which I mentioned yesterday, is I told you that nothing will change until your thinking changes. Nothing will change until your thinking changes. So it means you have to introduce to yourself things that will affect the structure of your mind, the way you perceive reality. Number 3, I told you that your approach to life is shaped by your culture, which is also shaped by your exposure and ultimately your orientation. So for instance, um, um, I was somewhere to preach years back, and according to their culture you are not going to be welcomed into that village to preach until you have eaten with them. So they gave me food, and I'm very selective, but now I have to preach the gospel, so I can't select. I didn't have an idea what— I could understand the whatever the swallow was, But I didn't understand the soup. And the way that place works is that as a guest, you all eat from the same plate. So, and I was looking at them put their unwashed hands into the— and the soup was like water but dark. So I was calculating what could be in their fingertips, Esterisha kolaye, what could be. So finally I knew I had to eat, so I started eating. Then I noticed, what is this meat? I said, God, let it not be what I'm thinking, because I saw the tail. So as they were packing the soup It was reducing and I was seeing clearly what we were eating. Let's leave it. It was lizard. What sounds spooky to you is someone's delicacy. Correct one. Strange. That's someone's culture. And if you ask them, it's because of the orientation they have. Some people's culture believe that dog is a good delicacy. So when you are saying, um, jack, jack, jack, what they are seeing is pepper soup. Why? Their orientation. Your culture, your way of life is powered by your orientation. Now pay attention what I'm gonna say. Listen, you are most likely going to be a victim of where you learned life from. Until you decide to deliberately change. So you see people living outside the country that they can move to, um, different countries and they will bring their home country there because that's the way they've learned it. Are you following what I'm saying here? So you should note that. Are you still with me? Number 4, and this is very critical: where you are in life is not necessarily where God wants you to be, but God will still relate with you even though he's not happy with your progress. Can I say it again? Where you are in life is not necessarily where God wants you to be, but God will still relate with you even if he's not happy with your progress. Number 5: God doesn't trust you with things based on your talent, but based on your structure. Let me say it again: God doesn't trust you with things based on your talent, but based on your structure. Please help me welcome Pastor Shagun. Welcome, sir. So let me give you an instance. Look up, everybody. You can pen the writing, and I want to introduce you to this. This is so important. Stop writing. I want to give you a principle so you don't forget. Um, you know, many people don't know that apart from pastoring, I consult for organizations, big organizations. There's a principle, and I can use Femi Lazarus, for instance, to show you the principle. The closer a farmer is to the soil, the poorer he is. It's a principle. The closer a farmer is to the soil, the poorer he is. So it means at a certain point— listen, please listen— you must separate between your passion and your business. You can be passionate about what will not change your financial status. Don't just know what you're doing, know the business of it. And if you're going to succeed in the business of it, then stop living as a person, because as a person you have 24 hours. Live as a system. Let me give you an instance, um, I— Light Nation, we're on Light Nation. We have Flame, Femi Lazarus Apostolic Ministries Ecumenical. We're on PPC, Prophetic Prayer Contact, brings over 10,000 people together every morning across all platforms. We have Ambience TV, we have our rehabilitation center, and all those things. I can't manage everything. And God is not committing them to me because I'm gifted. He's committing them to me because I understand how to build structure. As a system, you need to know how to build a team, the right team. So that many things can be moving concurrently. Now, um, we are launching a platform which is called Voice of Africa by Africans. It's not a church platform, it's an indigenous platform to replace— you want to wait— to replace TED Talk in Africa. Now we estimate it to be over $5 million worth. Let me get into that in 2 years. So how do you build such platform? And I tell you, I have been digging like a madman because first You cannot dethrone a king whose roots you didn't know. That talk didn't just come from nowhere. People planned, structured, and so we're going to run this, and I can't be the face of it. So it means I must have the audacity to tell those who can be to resign from their hardhand job and follow me. So it means I must not fail because lives are staked on me. More will be committed to your hands, not because you're gifted, but because you know how to build structures. And what are structures? People.
People.
You see, when God spoke to me about the subject of joy unspeakable, full of glory, as part of the requirement for church growth, He said, give room for people to rejoice, dance, and let there be an atmosphere where there's, you know, so much. And I— that was a problem. Why? Because now I'm better, but I couldn't even dance to save my life. So if your organization is strong where you are strong and weak where you are weak, you are not a builder. So it means you must have people whose strength is your weakness. If only your kind follows you, you have failed. You failed. Let me touch something. Are you here?
Yes, sir.
Let me tell you something, and let me speak to those of us who run organizations, church media platform.
Everything.
Understand that everything you put online, you are telling a story. Sela, I've taught your message again. I'm always preaching this message. Even your pictures. And so it is possible I was somewhere and someone was trying to introduce himself. And I'm like, I know you. I mean, I know you. You are so and so and so. I've been following him for over 6 years, and I knew he was not a good person. So there was nothing he was trying to do. I followed you, and I know you are not a good man. You have an invisible audience. Following what you do. So before you introduce yourself, you are known. Are you feeling what I'm saying? See, let me tell you something. Majority of the people who think they are nameless and faceless, you are not as nameless and faceless as you think. And everyone will judge you based on the story you have told about yourself before joining with you or your organization. Are you following what I'm saying here? All right, somebody is running a business online, you say DM for price. Credible people will not, because they know you will estimate them. Are you following what I'm saying here? Someone— you've done something for someone, they're always complaining. When you sew clothes, they cry. When you make cake, they are wondering. You're telling a story, and it's a bad story. So to do life, you must learn to do it as a system. Systemize your impact. Systemize your impact quickly. You must learn that. The person who makes clothes for me, the only reason I work with him is because I can be certain that even if it is 5 minutes to an event, He can't get it wrong. Consistency is a vital aspect of storytelling about your life, about your character. Consistency in delivery. Now let me tell you something, because what we're going to do this morning is to shatter our cultural walls. Look up. This is— all right, this is the 26th day I've been on a trip, so I've ministered across different cities. By this time next week— this is Saturday, so I'll be preaching in Leicester, United Kingdom. By this time next week, I will have touched Abuja, done a few things, then go.
Why?
Let me tell you something. You will be in demand if people notice that whether out of sleep or awake, your delivery is sure. Because the day you say, today I'm just not feeling like, might be the day your helper is around. And where do you learn that from? Church. No platform in this country, around the world, raises leaders like churches. Are you following what I'm saying here? Let me tell you something. I have an admin that works with me because I had to recall her back. She was working with me, then she got an offer with a TV station. They gave her a role. She got there. After first week, they said, you are too big for this role. They promoted her. Following week, they called her again, promoted her again. Why? Because from the place of learning and following. She had built value that cannot be rejected. It is not everyone that looks for job, and if we have to pray for you to get job, something is wrong with your value.
Sorry.
You don't believe. Now look at this. So learn to build structures. That's what I'm telling you. Number 6, you know, and before I tell you number 6, you know what we call abundance is relative to size of vision. What somebody is calling abundance Is what somebody is crying about, that he's broke because of the quality of his vision. You become proud when your money overtakes your vision. That's when you start feeling, oh, I have— why is the rich fool— what the rich fool was boasting about that night, that his soul was demanded. If you have that now, you're a rich man. It's also relative to time. So it's relative to time. So are you still there? Number 6: No lasting progress is a coincidence. It is okay to attribute your progress to grace, but if that's all you have to say, it means you will never be able to replicate the impact in the next generation. Because you'll have no wisdom to give. You know, sometimes we like to speak Christianese. Oh, God is doing amazing things, says grace is grace. It's grace, yes, but that grace has enabled you to do something. Note it so that by the time you are communicating with the next generation, you can tell them we did this, we're able to do. Do you understand what I'm saying here? Very important. All right, number 7 now. I'm just showing you things to note. About 90% of times, stagnation can be explained. That is, the reason why you are— you have been at the same point for a while can be explained, particularly by independent observers. Not your roommate that will tell you, oh, that was a blast. Someone who doesn't send you needs to evaluate you so they can tell you bitter truth. You're going to run organizations, let someone who doesn't know about the organization or who just knows how an organization should be built vet the organization. You know, we have a structure because we receive calls, um, from all over every day, so we have a structure in our ministry where we have people on payroll to receive calls on our behalf. I called them and I said, I'm going to call you one of these days with a different number. If you speak with me like a Nigerian, you are sacked. Because there's something about the culture of Nigeria. Even when we run hotels, we only lodge people. We don't understand hospitality. So an average Nigerian speaks from frustration. You can't stress me here, and that's a banker talking. You can't stress me this Monday morning. Say, see, next person.
Why?
Because we feel that people owe us things. You know, there's a cult of entitlement. You see someone who is doing the job and he's still entitled to a tip. That's not Christianese.
That's not right.
So you look at it, an average Nigerian is looking for someone to put his frustration on. That I will make— you know, we're somewhere, um, we're in a church for a meeting years back, and there was a woman at the door. Almost everyone she welcomed from the door, she insulted. And I knew it doesn't matter how well this church was laboring, it doesn't matter how serious evangelism is, this is a waste at the door. This fellow will depopulate this church with attitude. And that's why I always recommend for organizations, never employ anyone you can sack. Never, never. So, um, and you run an organization, always reevaluate methods. A church is an organism. Yes, Body of Christ, and also an organization. Reevaluate, observe, ask questions. Don't leave, don't leave your structure to people's discretion. Let me say it again, don't leave your structure to people's discretion. They will waste everything. So ask them, ask questions. You see, in our ministry, I screenshot. If I show you my phone, you see screenshots after services. Somebody has branches, some of them posted pictures online. I say I will screenshot. I screenshot dressings. Why is this brother's trousers squeezed like this? If he squeeze, why did the photographer capture him? Because you're telling a story. You are telling people that the people that are here are not thinking well. Why is this sister opening her cleavage? Why is this person like this? Nothing is excellent by mistake. Nothing. We might— are you following what I'm saying here? We might— all right, I was somewhere, somebody came to see me. Few weeks ago when I was in New Jersey, and a minister. So we just took a selfie at the door. So I woke up in the morning to see a message by one of my friends that this fellow has uploaded the picture you took. I messaged him, pull it down, sir. That picture is contrary to my brand. My brand. I took it with you. Out of honor, so you can't post it. I am unapologetic about my story. I'm not emotional about it. What I want to go out is what goes out. What I don't want to go out will not see the light of the day. You must be intentional. You have to be. Who is doing what? Who welcomes people? How is the fellow doing? Don't do it the way you are raised. Do it the way we want to do— want it done. Don't do it because of the way you feel. Because listen, if your organization is subjected to people's feeling, you will never rise. And you wonder why you are so deep yet people avoid you, because you're telling a bad story with the things that they see. Are we still friends? So stagnation can be explained. Okay, so like I said the other time, part of the things I do is to consult for organizations. So when you do that and you have to run system diagnosis, you can't be an emotional person. You know, I was checking with an organization recently and I saw that this fellow was dashing out shares and dashing out shares, and I said, well, You've called me here to be able to help you assess your system. So I said, what you're doing here is wrong. No investor will put money here. I don't want to put money where somebody is emotionally giving out shares. So we had to right there on the spot recover shares worth of $1 million right there with a decision. One— so imagine that. So because I am— my focus is always on systems, structures, and, um, that's what I see. So I pay attention to reviews. I pay attention to reviews. I was going to fly to Doha and Qatar a few months back, so I saw that the airline that has been booked for me was EgyptAir. So I went online, checked all the reviews about the airline. And all the reviews I saw were bad. So I said, God, I'm done for. So I entered the plane and my experience was exactly as they have reviewed. Everything I saw. In fact, I wish I could go and write my own review that avoid this airline. And what I'm saying now is a review. That's right. It's a review. You know, sometimes people tell me that there are Nigerian airlines now flying to London. I said I will never take them. Why? They may be nice for business for a start, but we don't have the culture of integrity to be consistent with delivery. A British Airways tells you that we are flying by 8 AM. 8 AM is 8 AM. And you have— see, let me tell you, we were in— I was in— I don't like to drop names. I was in a lounge in a country, and it was around 1 AM, waiting for our flight. And a Chinese man eating beside me had to call one of them, said, I just want to appreciate you. He said, we've been here for hours, and I— he said, I observe that your countenance didn't drop. Those of us who work in church, if you are not doing it as unto God, you will not progress. Because once your countenance drops, what are you saying? They are using me, o. Can't stress my life. Because you don't know whom it is, who it is you're serving. And we carry that same attitude into organizations and mess it up. No consistency in caring for people, in being genuinely concerned. You know, when the servant of Abraham was going to pray as touching getting a wife for Isaac, what he actually asked about was hospitality. He said, let the woman that will feed both me and the camel. So meaning that hospitality is consistent with the pattern of the blessing. You must be hospitable. You must learn how to do it. When people come to your place, they must feel important. You must have structures that make that happen. And when you put that same structure into your organization, people will trust you. Because it is clear you are not out for money but to serve. And copy and paste that same structure into church work. Let the people who are receiving people wear smiles on their faces all the time. Not like you— someone just received and you're wondering, oh, did I do anything wrong?
Something wrong?
Is my hair not combed? You understand what I'm saying? Are we still here? Prayer alone will not change your organization. People already assessed you and they have determined what they want with you. So pay attention to that. Yesterday I told you from Isaiah chapter number 60, from verse 1 to 2, and the Bible says, arise, shine, for your light is come. For behold, the darkness will cover the earth and gross darkness the people. And I told you that darkness understands how to cover. Children of light don't understand. You're running a business, how can two become four? You run an organization, how can we— because listen, every time you need to move, you'll have to shatter your own culture. There's something you used to think is nice that is still holding you down. It is breaking free from it. That gives you, gives you the leap. So it means that, and it's the principle the sun also uses, this principle. I can't remember, um, there's this formula by, um, by, um, what's his name now, this very smart scientist, Albert Einstein. There's this formula, um, but it's about the, the sun really in its core, um, how that the sun— and that's what we even did within global warming— keeps generating intensity by consuming itself. So the sun burns itself to be intense. If your structure is going to grow, you have to keep looking inward and burning off the impurities, the things you once consider important that because of your new exposure you discover that they are self-sabotage. If you don't change orientation, you will never rise. If in fact, even after pouring 25 liters of oil on your head, You will not. Are you still with me? I also told you yesterday, showing you the scripture, out of your belly shall flow rivers of living water. That's solutions. That's solutions in different aspect. Um, recently we were going to Epe for me to inaugurate a church, and those safety officials stopped me. And one of them was saying, "Park, park, park." So I said, "Come here." And if you know me, I don't care whether you're a soldier, whatever it is. I said, "You don't try that again. When you're talking to well-meaning Nigerians, respect them." So while that one was still trying to explain, another one came and said, 'Eh, this pastor, this pastor, is this pastor?' You know what he was saying? He said, 'Is this pastor that spoke that they should not give them guns?' So he said, 'Is this pastor?' So because after the meet, after I had to address that in church, I got a call that there was an emergency meeting at National Assembly that that bill should die. So the guy say, hey, is this Pastor? Then the other one say, hey, he don't complain about my stick. Say, don't complain. Say, say, Pastor, go, go, go, go. So I smiled. That's what it looks like to be a salt of the earth, that systems adjust because we are not timid. You know, one of my mantra is in Yoruba: 'Ni ole waku kon jo en le babaye.' That is, anyone who say I can't kill myself should not be a chief in his father's house. How do you overcome inertia? You want to write down the story in Genesis chapter number 27, write down from 27 till the end. And that's the blessing that Isaac gave Jacob— gave Esau, the blessing of restlessness. He said the day you become restless, you break the yoke of your brother from off your shoulder. Listen, you must embrace the pain that comes with being tired of your previous level.
It's painful.
What that pain does is that it insulates you from pride. So by the time you are saying, I am this, I'm that, I've left. I'm already thinking about something new. I'm already crying about something new. I'm looking at systems and weeping and saying, God, this too, this can happen. God, this can happen. And I can tell you many of the things— this, this, this, you see this, you see that in my life— I can tell you seasons I prayed and not just pray, set before me. Please help me celebrate Pastor those who are doing what I'm not doing, and so I can learn. Number 2, and this is so important, particularly in this part of the world: be true to yourself. You want to overcome inasha? Be true to yourself. Listen, listen, let me tell you this, and it's a warning. I always pay attention to people who are always saying it's not about something they don't have. For instance, you can't say it's not about money if you are broke because you don't know the difference money can make. You don't say it's not about popularity if you are not popular. There is a lot that influence can do that obscurity won't do. And you can also understand that someone's journey can necessitate that he pass through a place of obscurity. Let me show you a scripture so you can understand, because listen to what I'm saying. Sometimes we say these things not because we love God, but because we are trying to justify where we are. And if you keep talking like that, you are deceiving yourself. You are lying to yourself. You know you need money for this next thing. Why do you now say it's not about money? Because all the people that should grow, that should be taught, you've told them it's not about it. So everybody will be—
let me tell you something.
One time in our ministry, ah, I saw that there's problem. What's the problem? Everybody that comes to share testimony saying, I want to thank God, praise God, say I was on bike, a car came to hit the bike from the back, we didn't die, praise God, I was inside meka and then there was, they're trying to rob us, it didn't work, pray. And I saw that 99.99% of the testimony has everything to do with poverty. So I said, for instance, this bike— if you are not on bike, you not even face this in the first place. Then this mikra, you should not be there, but if you are there, so that's why. You understand what I'm saying? So I now started assessing, and my first question was, what am I teaching wrong? Oh yes. So I saw what I was teaching wrong. Guess what happened? Everyone who has said, God said I should wait this thing, not get a job— the moment they started learning, they started getting job with multinationals. So I said, God is not speaking again. Listen, they can hear in the direction of their current mentality, and when the mentality change, you will see that they can do more. Do you understand what I'm saying here? All right, I was going to say something else, but I've forgotten now. So never say it is not about something that you are trusting God for. That's self-deceit. That's a lie. That's hypocrisy. Are you following what I'm saying here? You need it. Never stand out and say it's not about excellence.
Oga!
It is. That's not the only thing, but it is important. It is what? Important. Anybody who works with me know. See, let me tell you something. 5 minutes after I dropped the mic, they already editing it. Oh, I dropped the mic, they already editing it. And it must be well edited, packaged, and planned, and placed in different platforms. And different bodies will now sit on it to see what we can extract from it. So it's important. So it means that those days are over when they say that the church has no economic contribution. Now we're having hundreds of people who have jobs, better paying jobs. Because we know what to do. Let me tell you this: when people follow you, their destiny opens up as you mature. Their destiny opens up as you mature. So it means loyalty is not cheap. Number 3: You want to overcome inertia? Change your mentality. Now this— I wrote something very important here. There is something you must consistently do if you are growing. You want to write it down. It's called the review of your ideals. Your ideals are the things that you consider important. So as you mature, one of the things you're going to see is that bulk of the reason why you are still where you are is because of the things you consider ideal. So as you mature, so for instance, you can say it's not about this, it's not about this, but you are now coming to a point that you are saying, hold on, I've said what was wrong, now I'm going to review what I once consider important, and I'm now maturing to see that it is not what important And that's why if you have not found wisdom, don't be loud because you may be wrong. If you have not found wisdom— and see, listen to what I'm saying, because we must be careful, particularly with the privilege that God has given to many of us as leaders leading people. You don't want to lead them with personal sentiment. You want to get proven, vetted wisdom. Something that will put them in destiny. Do you understand what I'm saying? Our church was pulled down— our building, not our church— and in 4 days will fix a bigger and a better place. I'll tell you, the place that was pulled down, the highest who sat inside that place was 1,870 people. The place we raised will sit 3,500. Now listen, the reason why it didn't shake us was because it met structures on ground. Within 4 days, we had spent over ₦300 million. If we had said it's not about money, that was a knockout punch. That was a knockout punch because people are now gathered and there's no place. See, people are not that loyal. I'm telling you, they will go. You will have to start from the scratch. We could increase. We increased from what, what ought to be a problem because people saw leadership. When we got to the place we are, the first question is, can we do this? Everyone. So it's not even my own leadership. The people have been trained. They said, "Apostle, we go headlong with this project." And in 4 days, they finished. It didn't make human sense. People were working morning, afternoon, night because they belong to a house that would never say it's not about getting it right. Did roof, did everything. For this. So what we call problem is relative to the structure it's meeting in your life. Let me round up by saying this: you need resources, you need expansion, and I've told you that Lack is a symptom, not a problem. It's a sign that there is knowledge deficit. If you know more than what you know, you will have more than what you have, both in your business. And see, what I'm teaching, I have tested it. We have a mentorship platform. The bulk of things about us are not online. People don't even know that. And people are on that platform from all over the world. One of the things I make sure is one class is more than what you can ever pay for in charity. One class. Why? It is not people first, it is knowledge first. Now when they see that this thing is here, they will stake their life and follow. Some people follow from China, 2 AM. Every organization has secret. Don't stay afar and say kini. Humble yourself and what? Learn. And I said something yesterday. Pay any amount to get knowledge. Sell your clothes to get it. It will clothe you back. God bless you in the name of Jesus. Father, I want to thank you for this conference and for the leaders, quality of leaders that you are raising from here, that will rise to be people that will shape cultures, systems, influence the nation in ways we cannot imagine. We ask that you will anoint heads of industries, You will strengthen everyone running organizations to get back to the drawing board and do what is right. In Jesus' mighty name, amen. God bless you.
Let's celebrate the grace of God on Apostle Femi Lazarus. Hallelujah! Powerful, powerful, powerful. Tell somebody, say powerful. How many of you got value this morning? Let's celebrate the Lord one more time. Amen. Um, I'm so, so, um, um, elated and appreciative, um, of the fact that he didn't hold back. It was very raw, and then he delivered it the way it ought to be delivered. No pandering, no window dressing, no packaging. It's as raw as that. And I want to encourage everyone that you should pay keen attention to that. You know, there is something about the systemic orientation of Nigerians, just like he pointed out, especially when you come to the social media landscape. Sometimes people criticize things not because those things are wrong, but because they don't have those things. So you see somebody, you know, attack, you know, financial prosperity, and not because it is not scriptural, not because it is not right, but because he doesn't actually have it. Somebody attacks you know, popularity, influence, church growth, and what have you. Not because those things are, you know, antithetical to biblical culture, but because those things are evidently absent in their lives. And one thing that the Lord is doing in this conference is, you know, a recalibration of our mental configuration. And I want us to pay keen attention to everything Everything we have learned so far and everything we are still going to learn, let's ensure that we are able to internalize them and then we manifest. The Lord bless us all in Jesus' name. What do we say to Apostle Femi Lazarus this morning? We love you, sir. Apostle, we appreciate you, sir. We celebrate it. Please celebrate him. Celebrate him. Powerful, powerful, powerful. All right, um, right away we're going to be having a panel section. Initially had a, uh, the plan to actually anchor it because, uh, I have a you know, his stint in journalism. But you see, part of the mission of Global Leadership Conference is also to provide platform, you know, for people to showcase, you know, the grace of God on their lives, their skill. Because I'm saying global leaders, everyone here, your destiny is of global dimension. Can you say amen to that? And then I want to once again appreciate all the members of the panel. Our guest ministers who have graciously given their consent to actually, you know, be part of this. All of them. So you have your— we just have 30 minutes. By 11, we should be through. And then I believe that our anchors, you know, uh, they are, uh, they are skilled, and then, and they will anchor that well. So you have your questions, practical question, whatever is not clear, whatever clarity you seek. In the teachings or in your particular sphere of influence, this is that time. So please, let's have the chairs. Where's Pastor Shola Shogunle? And then this morning, while Apostle was teaching, Reverend Shehu Gbawaolu walked in. Let's celebrate Reverend Shehu Gbawaolu and Pastor Kolawole Idowu. So all of us, myself, my wife, and all our ministers, you know, we constitute the panel. And then I'm privileged to also call two of our best— everyone in Freedom Center Church, they are best. They are best, they are outstandingly outstanding, and then they make remarkable differences, you know, in all their undertakings. So we have a brother, and let's have the chairs. That's instruction, please. Just carry it, don't worry, just go, just bring. And let's get rid of this, please. We are racing against time, we're racing against time. So let me invite Sister, uh, uh, Torulogwe Olaobaju. Please celebrate her, celebrate her. So you want God is Let's have Brother Peter Olaowo. You can take it to that side. Should be 7. All right, sas, let's invite Reverend Shagunwolo, please.
