Learn to read the room, value every access, and maximize every opportunity it gives you.

Learn to read body language and know when to speak. Respect others' time by keeping your pitch to one minute instead of rambling. How you treat people determines whether doors stay open.
Chapters
As you mature, your intuition should grow. That you are intuitive enough to get to a place and study. You're not jumping, you are not hopping. You study, you observe. What are the people here? What kind of conversation are they having? Is my contribution welcome there? As long as you open your mouth to talk in life, where you are in life becomes obvious. Read the room when you find yourself anywhere. You find yourself around people, read the room. You are talking to a person, they are moving back, they are telling you are coming too close. What does it mean when you are talking to a person, they fold their arms several times, they start scratching their head, they start adjusting certain things, they are no longer comfortable? It might be getting too long. Don't be emotionless when you talk to people. Be merciful, be kind, be sensitive. Understand that you are not the only one in the world they have to deal with. Let me tell you this: doors will always be shut against you the more you abuse people's time. You raise your hand, you say you want to talk, they unmute the platform, you alone take the time for the rest. Next time you raise your hand, they will ignore you. Don't go about saying people hate me, people don't like me. It's your character that is separating people from you. Learn to make sense in 1 minute. You want to talk, they give you the mic, you say, actually, let me start from the— which beginning? God, when he wrote Genesis 1:1, he summarized it: in the beginning, God made the heaven. Did he walk us through the stories? You know more than God to want to take me through the beginning of your life? No, that's not the way you talk. Your story may be interesting to just you and boring to the person listening to you. Yes, respect that. I don't need the story. What I need is where you are and how I can move you to the next place.
